綺麗で使いやすいホテルです

レアル・マドリードのスタジアムや地下鉄駅に徒歩圏内。ソルやグランビアからは少し距離があります。 周りは住宅地で静かな環境ですが、バーやレストランもかなりあり便利です。 ホテル内の設備や部屋は素晴らしい。朝食はこれまで泊まったマドリードの10以上のホテルでベストでした。

ホテルは広くて新しく清潔でした。また朝ごはんもすごくメニューが多くておいしかったです。 街の中心部からは少し離れますが、地下鉄の駅も近く、空港からも短時間で移動することができ、まったく問題ありませんでした。周りに飲食店が少ないのですが、夜遅くまで飲み歩こうと思わずに地下鉄で戻ってくれば、大丈夫だと思います。次回、マドリッドに訪問する機会があれば、ぜひまた利用したいです。

白を基調とし、キュビズムを思わせる長方形中心にデザインされた調度品、窓、バスがとにかくお洒落。出来て日も浅いこともあり、清潔感が漂い、豪華さを感じさせるホテルで、地下鉄の駅にも近かったです。

The hotel charged for additional beds and breakfasts that were not clearly disclosed n the booking terms on hotels.com. At check-in, under confusing circumstances (including reservation errors on the hotel's side), adjustments were made without a witten quotation or clear confirmation of total costs. Although some fees were paid at check-in, further charges were added at check-out without informed consent. This raises concerns about undisclosed pricing and lack of transparent authorization.

Beautiful hotel, super clean and the staff was great!

The hotel is undeniably huge, with an impressive and ostentatious physical structure. However, despite its size and apparent luxury, the overall experience was disappointing. It feels like the hotel is primarily focused on profit rather than on guest comfort or service quality. The level of personal service leaves a lot to be desired. My room had several basic infrastructure issues that should be simple to fix but clearly are not treated as a priority. The bathroom drain was loose, the shower finishing was poorly installed, and the sink was clogged. These are fundamental maintenance problems that should not exist in a hotel of this category. Additionally, although the reservation was for two guests, the room was set up for only one person. There was just one bathrobe, one pair of slippers, and a single bathroom amenities kit. Everything was provided individually, which meant we constantly had to request replacements and basic items that should have been available from the beginning. The bathroom amenities themselves were also a major disappointment. The shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body lotion were all of very poor quality, which significantly detracted from the overall experience and is not what one would expect from a hotel of this size and positioning. I also placed an order that reached the reception, but it was simply ignored and returned without any explanation or follow-up. The location is away from the old town. I personally prefer the old town area. But the room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is standard buffet and has all we need.

Hôtel est très bien situé propre. Le service est impeccable. On peut avoir accès au centre ville en moins de 10 min en métro c’est très bien desservis. Idem pour l’aéroport Uber est à seulement 22€ en moyenne.

Room was smaller than how it looked in the picture, Staff and amenities were very nice. One thing to improve is the elevators, from 3 of them one was out of service all time and the system they used for elevators was inconvenient. You spend a lot of time waiting.
