スタッフの方も優しく、かつ、今回のホテルは3食付でした。食事も美味しく、非常に満足できました。また、ちょっと歩くと色々なお店もあり、1日だけでしたが、楽しい時間を過ごさせていただいたと思います。

とても清潔できれいなホテルでした。 全てのスタッフが親切です。 朝食ビュッフェも品数が多く、楽しめました。 フロントでタクシーを呼んでもらったらすぐにくるので予約不要。便利でした。

良いホテルだが、入口が階段なためスーツケースを運び入れるのが大変。さらにロビーからエレベーターまで半階の階段を上がらなければならない。設計者は何を考えていたのか。気配りがないことが残念。

グラナダ鉄道駅から徒歩圏、 旧市街地へは徒歩15分ぐらいで別に不便ではない、 値段の割には設備よい

とても近代的な大きなホテルで、部屋も清潔。 場所も徒歩で観光地であるアルバイシン地区に行けます。 グラナダに泊まるならここが良いです。

Everything was great.

金庫が壊れている部屋に案内されて、金庫かこわれているにこの部屋をアサインしたのはなぜですかと聞いたら壊れますけど何か？みたいな対応だった。最終的には部屋をチェンジしてくれたけど、英語で交渉できないと、泣き寝入りや最悪自分が壊したと思われてしまうので危険。あとチェックインの時予約されてないとか他のレファ番号がないかといわれた。最終的には確認がされたけど心臓に悪い。二度と泊まらないし他の人にも勧めない

Room is spacious and spotless. The staff is very friendly on checking in. We chose half board and the food and service of the restaurant has exceeded my expectation. Breakfast has lots of varieties.

Very nice property as 4 stars hotel. It is more than we expected. Front desk is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good too. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in this area. Very close to the train station. Taxi is much cheaper than Uber. The only shortcoming is there several stairway in the front of hotel and several stairway go up to elevator. Though there is a slope in the back door, but newcomers is impossible to know without any hotel doorman.
