Everything was perfect! The room was spotless so shout out to Theresa on that! M The only thing I experienced that needs attention if the shower. The water temperature was near impossible to regulate so I ended up alternating between a very hot to very cold shower. I will report this to the desk in the morning just so they’re aware there could be some work needing done.

Excellent stay

All great as usual. We have been here many times on the way to visit family. Perfect stop with many amenities and convenient walking distance to restaurants, gas station and quick mart, plus nice downtown of Jackson nearby.

Only issue was a little hair in the bath tub. Overall 5 star service will definitely be returning.

Employees are very friendly, hotel is clean, breakfast was delicious!

I hate to score it with only 4 stars... It would have been 5 stars if we wouldn't have had the problem with toilet. Toilet did not flush well. I asked the reception desk and they kindly just someone to pump it but it was not clogged the problem is that the toilet has not enough water pressure to fully flush...

The staff was very friendly, the room was comfy, it was easy access and close to everything I needed, and the breakfast was wonderful.

This has got to be the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in. Staff friendly and helpful, beds were so comfortable. Usually hotel bathrooms are where I see issues, NOT where. Bathroom was shining clean and in good condition. I will definitely stay here in the future.

Great room. They upgraded me to a suite! And I didn't know about the free food and drink each night of my stay. I met some wonderful people.
