The room was in good condition, very welcoming and my family enjoyed the pool/hottub and complimentary breakfast aswell.

Front desk staff were lovely. Room was clean. Would have preferred less fragrance in halls/ room. Somewhat perfumed cleaning products maybe? Wish the TV was "smart" as really had hoped to use streaming services on tv. The hallway was noisy and being beside door to stairwell was loud and disturbing, especially disturbed our dog so isn't great for a pet-friendly room. This is not the hotels fault but other guests were unbelievably loud above us for much of the night. Need some soundproofing! It was like they were running, jumping and moving furniture around all night. The mill was also much louder that expected- perhaps better to get a room on highway side? Breakfast mediocre, not celiac friendly.

The staff at the hotel was great, very friendly. The room was huge and very clean. I had a great view of the ocean. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. My only complaint was that when I arrived in my room, the thermostat was set to 10 degrees cel and it was freezing cold. It took a while to warm up that first night, but this is a minor, minor thing. I plan on staying here again next time I am in the city. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

I didn’t realize that the house homeless people here. It was very unsafe and the whole hallway smelled funny. The breakfast was not a breakfast. There was coffee, cold waffles, and boiled eggs in the fridge. I will never stay here again.

Everything was great. Kids had a ball in the pool & hot tub. Staff were very friendly. The woman who served us in the restaurant everyday was wonderful with us and especially good with the kids.

I had booked a dog room. Got to hotel and the dog rooms were gone.We were lucky to get another room which was great. Travelling with a dog maybe I should phone hotel and book.

The room was fine other than the big blood looking stain/resadue on the floor. There were people screaming and swearing in the hall ways all night. Very disappointed.

It was not clean. The toilet wasn’t flushed upon arrival, hair in the bathtub, the sink didn’t drain. The carpet felt slimy. Stuffy and was sick the next morning after using the air conditioner in the room overnight.

The room was comfortable, the area was good, not too much traffic. But the breakfast was not bad either, it's just missing meats like sausage and bacon and scrambled eggs. Every day the same menu for breakfast.
