到着して間もなくトラブルが起きました。預けた荷物がなかなか届かないのです。スーツケースの中の荷物を取り出して、すぐに外出したかったのですが……。フロントに問い合わせすると「間違いなくもう届いているから」とのこと。同じことを数回繰り返しましたが届きません。最終的に１階下の同じ場所の部屋に届け間違いをしていたことが判明しましたが、確認するのが遅く感じられました。 ただ、さすがに一流ホテルだと思ったのは、外出先から部屋に戻ると、そのことについてのお詫びのメッセージが部屋に置かれていたことです。 間違いは誰にもありますが、その時のフォローの大切さを知った出来事でした。

歴史あるベルリン随一のホテルだけあって、部屋／スタッフ／朝食／ロケーション……どれをとっても大変良かったです。 それだけの金額を払っていることを考えると、当然とも言えますが。

親切なホテルフロント、そして絶好のロケーション。旧東西ベルリンのど真ん中に位置します。近くには地下鉄駅があり、ホテルはアメリカ大使館と隣接しています。その反対側に道を挟んでロシア大使館があります。また、すぐ近くに有名なブランデンブルク門があります。 館内サウナはスタイリッシュで三種類のサウナがあり、旅の疲れを癒してくれました。 お土産などの荷造りの際、段ボール箱やガムテープ、荷造り紐、ハサミを用意してくれて本当に助かりました。ありがとう。 美味しいレストランが歩いて数分のところにあり、ホテルの紹介で行ったイタリア料理の ＩＬ　PUNTOなどはリーズナブルなお値段で、料理もワインも美味しいところでした。

他の方のコメントから最終日の夜にはマカロンがあるとありましたが､無かったのはがっかりでした。また､会員に入ると特典が色々ありチョコレートなどのサービスがあるとも記載されていましたがそれも無く残念でした。しかしコメント通り素晴らしいホテルでした。

歴史あるホテル　最高の場所環境　清潔な設備　工夫された室内例えばトイレには二箇所の入り口があり便利です。朝食の品数も多くて料理やパン　オレンジジュース　果実もとても美味しいです。驚いたのがミツバチの箱から持ってきた状態のはちみつが毎日新しい状態で置かれており、前日提供したものではないことがわかり　とっても贅沢でした。 以前から宿泊を考えていたので、その念願と結果が一致していました。また宿泊します。

ブランデンブルク門近く、地下鉄やバス停も近くて観光に便利な場所でした。 朝食は、種類も豊富で、数日の滞在のうちでお料理が少しずつ変わりました。 滞在の最終の晩に部屋にマカロンが届きました。 スタッフの人たちは、概ね対応が丁寧で快適に過ごすことができました。 ベルリンに行く際は、また利用しようと思います。

スタッフの対応は素晴らしかった。ベルリンのホテルでは最も良いホテルだと思います。

Fantastic stay Berlin at this historic hotel that felt almost brand new. Loved all the dark wood in our room. Staff in the hotel and restaurant were very engaging and a joy to interact with. Loved the location right next to the Brandenburg Gate. Close to all forms of public transportation.

Tilkøb af morgenmad er dyr men alle pengene værd. Fantastisk buffet, masser af plads og særlig “der var en gang” på Belle Etage over lobbyisten, hvor den serveres.

The Adlon Kempinski hotel is exquisite. Its location can’t be beat. The Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag are literally right outside the hotel. Our room was well furnished and it had everything that we needed. The decor in our room was just as beautiful as the rest of the hotel. We had an amazing breakfast upstairs with a beautiful view of the American Embassy and the Brandenburg Gate. The staff is what makes this hotel superb from the doormen, the receptionist, concierge, housekeeping, bartenders, and the lady-in-red. We stayed there for five days and we didn’t want to leave. We can’t wait to visit the Adlon Kempinski again.

Excellent hotel and charming staff. Facilities great and well maintained. Superb location both for walking and the transport network. Breakfast is exorbitantly expensive but very good - be hungry or get it outside!

The Adlon is an amazing property. Beautiful structure, the main floor has a great vibe and the rooms are spacious and clean. Great location as well. Highly recommend…🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
