長期宿泊者用ホテル。 マンションのような感じで、その一室を借りる形。 キッチンがある。ランドリーも一階にある。 三回建で、エレベーターはなし。重い荷物だと大変。 受付スタッフの対応がよかった。 長期宿泊者用なので、基本車を持ってる人むけ？近くのアクセスできる場所にマックとコンビニがある。ベストバイが道路挟んだ先にあるが、歩道はないので渡れない。 周辺設備は不便。 値段はお手頃。

The overall was okay. But needs work, no chairs in the room for the table. Having a sink that leaks and having go get everything such as towels and dishes just doesn’t work for me

This is not a clean or safe place to stay with your family

Convenient location

This property has no elevator. Carrying my heavy suitcase up three flights was very difficult. The room was clean, but in dire need of improvement. The carpet was old and stained, the cabinets were chipped and worn, and the tub was completely unacceptable. See the attached photo. I thought it was dirty, but was told by the front desk that the paint was coming off and it just needed to be repainted. I also did not feel safe getting from my car to my room when I came back after dark. Every night there were people loudly arguing either in the parking lot or in rooms near me. There was also a lot of garbage strewn around and my air conditioner didn't work properly. The front desk workers were very nice, but really couldn't solve any of these problems.

This was a last minute stay due to having no air conditioning at home. The man at the front desk was nice. There were no first floor rooms. No elevator to 2-3 floors. We were pointed to stairs at the back of the site when there were stairs in the front directly by our room. The a/c was 60 degrees and when trying to adjust, it cut off. The floors were dirty and the bathroom was filthy especially the toilet. Very noisy outside, lots of people hanging out and smoking. There was a notice that the water was being shut off at 10am so we had to check out early. Also fruit flies in the room. When checking out, I reported the condition of the room to the front desk. There was a young lady also behind the front desk who apparently had cleaned the room before us checking in and was offended that I said it was dirty. I didn’t mean to offend her, just reporting the fact of the dirty room. The worst experience of my life!! Will never go back and don’t recommend it to ANYONE!!

The room was not what was advertised on your website also there was no remote for tv. I had a room with a kitchen and there was no type of pots and pan and when I ask they said they don’t have any and it’s offered in the hotel when u book that room it say it’s there also the room was not what was advertised in hotels.com web site this place was very bad and the service was also very dirty bathroom and floors was dirty. All over old furniture no comforter for the bed just thin sheets

Floor was not swept, towels were damp

I was put in a room that wasn't cleaned yet. It was a place to sleep but not much more. Grab and go breakfast was pretty sparse.

Great stay!

The floor was so dirty that after walking on the floor in the room my feet soles turned jet black. I then took a damp hand towel and cleaned the floor myself. The towel (which I left in the middle of the floor) was black with dirt. The toilet seat was falling off. The shelf was leaning to one side after I placed two pairs of pants on it (I also fixed that too). Outside of the room was nasty with filth. Looks like the sidewalks had not been pressure washed in years, and the garbage was overflowing right next to the stairs to go up to our room. Basically, a nasty place I will never return to. It has definitely turned me against Extended Stay Hotels.
