ツインベットを申し込んでいたのに実祭はダブルベットで掛け布団がないので部屋の中を探すと毛布が １枚しかなく主人はバスローブをかけて寝るしかなく最悪でした.

立地が抜群なホテルなので以前にも泊まったことがあったが、今回はサービスの質が非常に悪かった。まず、金銭的にいい加減で、Hotels.comでは一泊205.5€で予約したのに現地で207€請求された。（無論、税は別）。また、チェックアウトのとき、食べていない朝食代を請求されたのでそれは削除してもらったが、後でよく見たら飲んでもいないビール代を2回分も支払わされていた。6泊中2泊目から天井からおちる水滴の音で目が覚めるほどの水漏れがあり、カーペットが水浸しになった。部屋がカビくさかったのはこの水漏れのせいだと思う。フロントに連絡しても結露だから仕方ないと空の植木鉢を持ってきて、これでみずを貯めておけと言われた。水漏れは段々ひどくなり、5泊目の夜戻ってきたときには風呂場の天井からもひどい水漏れがあり、洗面台においていた化粧バックが水に浮かんでいるほどだった。翌日には別の部屋に移れるようにするから今夜は我慢してくれとバケツを渡された。

近くには、評判の悪いRERの駅があるだけで、メトロ駅まではかなり歩かざるを得ず、立地は悪いです。ただ、空港からはRERのB線で乗り換えなしで行けるので、この点は便利かもしれません。部屋はもちらん狭いですし、エアコンはあるにはありますが、全く効きません。エアコンが効くようにホテル側にクレームを言っている宿泊客もいましたが、どうせだめだと考えて我慢しました。

皆さん英語も話せるスタッフばかりだったので困ることはありませんでした。 なんといっても皆さん親切！ 朝食も美味しく最高の時を過ごしました。 難点はシャワーブースくらいかなと思います。水浸しになるのでガラスか何かで仕切られていたら尚よかったです。アメニティーもロクシタンで最高でした！

仕事場所から近いということでこのホテルを選びました。リュクサンブール公園の近くで、とても小さなホテルでしたが、スタッフのみなさんが気さくで快適に過ごせました。部屋はダブルベッド一台で少し狭い印象もありましたが、ほとんど帰って寝るだけでしたので特に問題はなかったです。テーブルが小さな鏡台だけなので、ホテルの部屋で仕事をしたいという人には向きません。無線LAN完備でネット環境は問題ありません。朝食バイキングがとてもおいしかったです。駅は歩いて７～８分ぐらいのところにリュクサンブール駅が、すぐ近くにはバス停もあります。周辺は学校関係が多いので、若い人が多いですが、観光客にはほとんど会いませんでした。

The hotel is very charming, cute concept and clean. Very convenient location. Accessible, and very inviting. It was cozy. The mattress was a little bit uncomfortable since it had a body impressions and was sinking a little bit u can see it Eve standing and looking at the bed the water at the sink was getting plugged but I understand that might be because the building in Paris are old and that might be normal. Any else was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Chambre Classique annoncée à 17 m², mais en réalité à peine 10 m², auxquels s’ajoutent environ 3 m² pour la salle de bain. J’ai demandé un surclassement gratuit face à cette différence, mais cela m’a été refusé sans discussion. Dans l’ensemble, une expérience très décevante et peu agréable.

The staff was lovely- room was a bit disappointing to be honest. Pillows and bed not super comfortable. It was a bit further out from a metro station than we had anticipated. But overall it was a good hotel with a really great staff

L'hôtel avait un sérieux problème de climatisation et de chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas de manière stable. Personnel peu professionnel, je n'ai pas eu un mot d'excuses.

The hotel was SUPER!!! Patricia, Chloe, and all the staff were helpful and courteous. We would highly recommend it.

overall it was OK but not more than average- Service was good and staff were very nice. breakfast was small and very limited (found ourselves buying breakfast in nearby cafe), and the hot-tub in the room did not work. the hotel is very small and even the reception was behind a smal desk. did not feel like a 4 star hotel.. more like a 3 stars hotel or less

The room was comfortable and clean. But it wasn’t serviced until 5.00pm the next day. Also flushing mechanism for the toilet was broken. I reported it but it wasn’t fixed.

The room was a bit small by world standards but perhaps normal by Parisian standards. All was comfortable. I am a gold member and I expected better service. For example, my wife was kept waiting several hours at checkin even though a room was available. I was not given a substantial late check out even though there was no urgent need for my room. For these services the hotel wanted extra money. So, it doesn't get a good review from me.

The room was a bit tired looking . It was disappointing to have a view of a wall outside & nothing else . It was also very small & not much storage for clothes. The bed was very comfy & it was quiet at night . The lady at breakfast who served us was really friendly . The hotel is in a good location . We loved the Korean restaurant , 3 mins walk away called Seoul Mamma & the cool cocktail bar a little further on , Solera .

The room was small but very comfortable and warm in the cool weather. WiFi wasn’t good enough for me to work, but that’s my only complaint! A great and convenient hotel in a quiet area but right in the heart of things.
