部屋は綺麗でスーツケースを十分に広げられます。水回りの問題もなく、スタッフの方も優しかったです。

スタッフの皆さんがとても優しい雰囲気でとても気持ちよく過ごすことができた。

綺麗だけどエレベーターが狭い

ベッドは快適だった。スタッフの接客も良かった。 シャワールームは今まで利用したホテルの中で一番小さかった。扉の隙間から水が外に漏れるのも良くない。 朝食も寂しかった。

ロケーションと値段。◎ メトロ駅から直ぐ。 エッフェル塔は直通で行けるし、凱旋門は乗り換え一回でアクセス可能。 近くには割と飲食店も多い。 小売スーパーも徒歩圏内にいくつかある。 近くに有名なショコラの店が有る。 成人2人はバルコニー付きの部屋以上をおすすめします。

Great service. Clean friendly. Room was good size, we had a triple with 2 adults. Nice location, food near by and shopping.

Very clean room and hotel. Staff on the front desk were very helpful and approachable. Great location, lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. We were in a classic double and the shower cubicle was rather petite but other than that the whole stay was great.

Everything about this hotel was good except 2 things, room too small and their elevator was out of service for all the 4 nights we stayed so we had to carry our luggage up and down the stairs which were not straight stairs! Be careful, don’t fall

Das Zimmer war klein aber in Ordnung.

Hotel was very clean and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The staff works hard to cater to all needs. Lufthansa lost my bag. I gave the hotel all my information and they made the connection to the airline to ensure my bag was delivered. Xavier and Kelvin were awesome.

Nice choice of good quality food.

Elevators were not working for most of the stay and my pregnant wife had to climb 5 flights of stairs and no help to bring our luggage’s down during check out.

Everything was well organised and taken care of. We booked the Superior balcony room and the view was great. The room was quite spacious with daily room cleaning service and amazing staff to great at the reception. Would definitely recommend it.

Well located but room is very small and dark. Breakfast ok.
