今回は2階のお部屋でしたが、外の音も聞こえず静かに過ごすことができました。ベッドはとても快適です。立地も便利で、またモントリオールに来る時は利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Front desk attendant, Barbara, was lovely and provided excellent service. Room is very large and spacious. 2 outlets did not work (one being by the bed) was very inconvenient to charge our phones. We informed staff and the engineer came and left a note saying he tried to fix it and couldn’t. Housekeeping cleaned nicely, besides making the bed and not fully tucking the sheets twice. Overall experience good. 4/5

Clean room Comfy bed

Stayed five nights at the end of July 2026 in a king-bed room with club lounge access. I had to get a second room because the room assigned did not have a balcony as was booked. Desk staff quickly resolved with a different room. Club lounge was a nice amenity — soft drinks, coffee, tea and water, as well as cookies and fruit throughout the day, plus a hot breakfast and hors d'oeuvres evenings during the week. Room was quiet and comfortable, spacious even. We could see the fireworks from our balcony, which was a pleasant surprise. The Delta Hotel is on the edge of the arts corridor and a couple blocks from McGill University. Not many businesses open in the blocks immediately adjacent to hotel. Location is a good jumping-off point (via Place-des-Arts Metro or nearby bus stops) to the city; we walked to Mount Royal and Vieux Montreal. My only suggestion is that the carpets in rooms and hallways are showing wear and need replacement or at least a thorough shampooing.

I loved the location of this hotel. Staff was helpful and their restaurant and amenities were great! They had a good sized indoor pool.

Management was great.

The room was so clean and comfortable and well sound-proofed. Staff was excellent, very friendly and so quiet. We did have trouble finding parking as our GPS brought us to the wrong side of the building, but it was right next door so just a short walk. If you find the right one you will have elevators directly up to the hotel.

Nice view of the city with balconies. Well placed next to McGill university and Sherbrooke Ouest. Appreciated on onsite parking garage.

The premises were clean and the staff helpful, but the whole setup felt unwelcoming. It was a clean and neat warehouse. The fact that the small fridge was almost in the middle of the room, and not under the desktop, did not help.

Nice location

DElta needs to replace their towels and provide more. Only 2 old bare towels isn’t appropriate for the cost. Breakfast is expensive for the quality. Pancakes were cold and crusty.

Great location. Clean room though sheets on the sofabed were dirty when we got there and it hadn't been set up despite our reservation being for 4 people with only a king bed and sofa bed. Staff were nice but had to ask a few times for things like sheets, pillows and towels. King bed was very comfy! Pool is clean and kid friendly which was fantastic for us traveling with 2 young kids. Very close to Metro station and bus stops so we could get all over town with our Metro pass easily. It was a great stay and we would stay here again!
