Beautiful view, Awesome service. Staff was very nice and friendly. Food was so nice and delicious. It’s a wonderful place to stay and relax. Howling monkeys came by on morning, so exotic experience. Definitely going back again. Everyone was really nice. You can also swim on lake and experience giving food to fishes. Temascal sauna was also an unforgettable relaxing time.

This place was amazing. The staff were so sweet and welcoming. The property is gorgeous, and right on the water with private beach, kayaking and boating available. The rooms have spectacular views over the lake and the staff help with transportation from airport and to visits Tikal. This place is a gem!

The service was great! Air conditioning in room was great to cool you off from humid topical weather, not all hotels in area have A/C.

The personnel at restaurant was great and they made an extra efford to make us feel welcome. The food could improve A LOT. When we check out the person in charge advised that a guided tour around the lake on a boat was included and we were not advised of that when we check in, that was a huge thumps down, we asked if we could take the tour then but he said that they could not offer it anymore 👎 We staid at room 111 on sat. July 4th and we check out on July 5th.

Muy limpio, se debe considerar la renta de un vehículo por lo alejado del aeropuerto, pero en el poblado más cercano (el remate), se encuentra. Restaurantes, farmacia y tiendas de conveniencia, muy cómodo el hotel y ofrece muchas amenidades, el temazcal muy recomendado

El servicio del hotel es bueno. Las habitaciones están bien, aunque no se compara a los otros hoteles Camino Real en Guatemala. Necesitan ser remodeladas. El hotel cuenta con acceso directo al lago, tienen kayaks y un área verde muy bonita.

Superb property, excellently maintained, manicured gardens, beautifully room, air conditioned. Ammenities and confort of hotel like in a city, with the beauty of the country by a lake. Fantastic! Travelling for more than 35 years worldwide, one of the best properties I stayed on!! Wasn't expecting the high level of the Hotel.

El hotel es hermoso, las personas muy educadas y dispuestas a atendernos. La comida fresca y deliciosa. Los toures del hotel para el lago y las playas super recomendables, Luis nos cuidó y dio toda la información del lugar. Estamos dispuestos a volver, excelente estadía.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help. The property is located in a beautiful area with easy access to Tikal, making it a perfect base for exploring the region. The room was comfortable and, most importantly, the air conditioning worked very well—which is absolutely appreciated in this climate. We also loved the lake access and complimentary kayaks, which made for a memorable and relaxing experience. The only thing future guests should be aware of is that food and drinks are priced at a premium compared to other options in the area. However, the convenience and setting may make it worthwhile for many travelers. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay here again!

Excelente opción si estás buscando un viaje relajado. Ubicado a una hora del aeropuerto de Santa Elena, le da buena ubicación para Tikal!

Todo muy bien, muy bonito el hotel, lo unico que no me gusto es que solo ofrecieran desayuno buffet, seria bueno tener un menu con opciones, pero de alli todo perfecto
