Beautiful view, Awesome service. Staff was very nice and friendly. Food was so nice and delicious. It’s a wonderful place to stay and relax. Howling monkeys came by on morning, so exotic experience. Definitely going back again. Everyone was really nice. You can also swim on lake and experience giving food to fishes. Temascal sauna was also an unforgettable relaxing time.

The room was very clean and the staff was sooooooo friendly.

The hotel sits in the jungle, it is beautiful. We saw plenty of wildlife including woodpeckers and spider monkeys in the hotel grounds. The sauna and beach area are stunning. The rooms are clean but you can hear noise from your neighbours if you’re unlucky enough to have noisy neighbours. The one downside is the overpriced restaurant. The food is double the price of other restaurants in town.

I was very happy with this hotel from the first step in the door. It looked like I was heading into the jungle, then they told me that they have a private beach which after checking out is awesome. It would make me want to check in here again when I come back to Tikal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Flores, Guatemala.

Check in estricto a las 3pm como en todo GT. Personal super amable. Costos de traslados precios exhorbitantes, mejor contratar por fuera. Habitación no sirve caja de seguridad y no la arreglaron hasta que nos fuimos. Es mandatorio que revisen las habitaciones que todo funcione. Habitación muy limpia. Personal de limpieza muy ruidoso gritan y están risas y risas sin respetar la armonía del lugar. Personal de restaurante muy amable. Personal recepción muy amable No había servicio de bebidas el jueves en la alberca. Incómodo lugar junto al lago para estar, no hay servicios ni se antoja . Todos los muebles anticuados. No recomendable, no dan ganas de quedarse en el hotel.

Great location on lake with outdoor activities but completely limited with any other offerings except the outrageously priced restaurant. No options for a cheap snack or drink. Lack of wifi accompanied with 3G network led to hours stuck in lobby trying to make and confirm travel plans and payments.

The view was wonderful, the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot! The hot tub was a little too hot to get in but the pool was nice. They came and fixed the water temperature on the hot tub so we were able to get in. This was a beautiful stay.
