Clean room and friendly staff.

Room was great expect you can't find/adjust the thermostrat at night because there is no light in the area.

Quiet rooms, wonderful beds and bedding, close to everything

We had an enjoyable stay at this fantastic facility. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Overall we had a nice stay, the hotel was nice and staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the room was not soundproof at all. It may have been because there was an adjoining door between rooms, but we could hear our neighbours talking constantly and they had a kid crying and screaming quite often. It was quite frustrating to be woken up to a screaming kid and to listen to noisy neighbours while we were trying to have a relaxing and romantic weekend.

Appreciated the updated room & breakfast, Bathroom is smaller, however the shower is great & water press excellent. Still my go to in south calgary

Staff was very courteous

The stay was great! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and what we were expecting, one thing to note is the walls between the room and washroom are pretty thin… other than that great place!

A dripping noise that kept us awake all night when calling the front desk they suggested we go to the all night convienience store for ear plugs or earbuds in the morning their was zero compensation offered as we booked through a third party app

Customer service and the restaurant food.

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was definitely at the top of my list for a hotel buffet. Staff were all very friendly. The baked good available for purchase in the loby was a nice option.

Love staying here. This time the room was not great. Tiny bathroom!

I liked location. Close to ikea 10 mins ish, costco close, winners a few blocks away. Liked the Turkey dinner at hotel restaurant. Bed comfortable.

Friendly welcome back

Our stay was perfect as always! Staff is always happy and helpful. Room are always clean and beds are comfy. In our opinion no other hotel lives up to our total experience at the Carriage House.

The check in was a bit of a hassle. I was dealing with trying to get my husband from surgery at the hospital and everything I asked seemed like an inconvienence. I ended up not being able to check in, had to leave to get my husband and had to have my husband stand in the lobby and wait when he should have just been able to go straight up to our room that we should have been checked into. The TV stopped working within a few minutes of being there. They did put us in a different room. But the internet and tv is definitely dated and not great.

Had the king room. No chair to sit on, only a desk chair. Bed was very uncomfortable. Toilet was the smallest one i have ever seen and very low to ground and about 2 inches from shower door

The room was quite warm. The AC could be improved.
