駅近で便利。騒音問題なし。

立地ではイチ押しです。成田～シャルルドゴール～リヨンサンテグジュペリ空港と乗り継ぎ、ここから新幹線に乗り変えてシャンブリー？シャンベリー？へ着きました。ホテルは駅前でしたのでタクシーを利用する必要もなく深夜の到着でも安心です。帰路はリヨンサンテグジュペリ空港までバスを利用しましたが、その際も、バスターミナルがホテルの隣でしたので時間的にも余裕があってよかったです。ホテルは英語も普通に通じて、お茶セットも貸してくれました。

My husband ended up in hospital for a week and the Hotel was amazing. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed including finding me a room even though they were fully booked. There is lots of parking out the back but on a busy weekend it can be hard to get into the carpark as there is no reservations. Just another minor thing. In English the laundry sheet says if the articles are at the reception before 9am you get same day service. However I was charged for express and not same day. This is only a minor thing but I needed clean clothes for my husband. An excellent hotel and would highly recommend it.

Good all round services

Bad experience. The full amount for the room and breakfast was paid in advance. They blocked on my card, saying it would be released within 24 hours after check-out, but this has not happened. The money was blocked for a week Moreover, the receptionist wrote down all my debit card details when I gave her the card to pay the city tax, before I realized they already had a payment system linked to the booking. So now they had blocked money on one card and all the details of another card, including the expiry date and CVC code. I was not able to block the card because I was traveling and need it for my expenses, but I was worried that the receptionist or someone else could use my card details for online shopping

Excelente hotel

Bom hotel, bem localizado em frente a estação ferroviária de Chambéry. Equipe simpática, bom quarto e estava bem limpo.

The hotel is renovated and very nice. Clean and great helpful staff. An excellent place to stay.

Excellent breakfast with a lot of choices. Everything was delicious and very fresh.

Hotel very centrally located. I injured my knee and they were very kind with ice and also giving us an additional hour for checkout. Nice clean hotel.

Sejour agréable, chambre propre et emplacement calme. Le savon nuxe dans la douche est un petit plus.

Chambre et douche propre. Personnel très agréable et avenant. Le petit déjeuner offre un choix très varié et bons produits. Juste le point négatif le matelas, la qualité est moyenne. Autrement, tout était parfait lors de notre séjour.

UNSAFE FOR FEMALES! The room door is missing the chain and/or bolt lock, and the deadbolt panel was crooked so the deadbolt didn’t work. There is no peephole either, so when a man started pounding on my door at night, I was concerned. The front desk staff came up and didn’t see him. I asked them to review the cameras- NO CAMERAS! I would advise against this property.

Good location. Everything else just ok 3/5.
