ロビーや内装はモダンだが、施設自体は最新ではない。周辺エリアは夜間は安全とは言えないと感じる事が度々あった。ミニバーのクラフトビールはbreaksideだったのは気に入った

ロビーのカラフルなソファとそのスペースの広さ。併設のカフェのかっこよさと早朝からの開店。どれも満足でした。次にポートランド行ってもこのホテルです。

Great option when attending a convention.

Good to stay

Excellent vicinity to Moda stadium and downtown area. The valet staff were very attentive and friendly with our regular in/out needs. The check-in experience had issues with the staff member, but on escalating this to the manager, she rectified the situation quickly, professionally, and without hesitation.

The room size was amazing, and upon first look, pretty stunning. But, several items were broken, including the handle to the fridge, the table in the dining area, and a vase on the coffee table. We also found hair (including a pube) in the bathroom. Lots of dust and hair in corners. Shampoo piles in the shower from a dripping wall dispenser. This place is promising, and I'd likely give it another chance, but it has a ways to go before being a true high class destination. Rooftop restaurant even closed early the days we were there, so even though we were told theyd be open, we weren't able to. Lastly, they did not clearly communicate charges. Just said nothing was due, then charged my card. It was for parking, which is fine, but it would have been nice to have that communicated so i didnt have to call to figure that out after the fact.

The property was pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful. However the room was absolutely filthy.

The size of the room was nice. We stayed in a King Suite with sofa bed. The view of the convention center at night was nice but the room itself had issues. All interior doors are glass, as are the walls for the bathroom area, and there are gaps between all the walls (except toilet room) so if you're sharing with someone you don't want seeing you in the shower, bathtub, at the sink undressed this isn't the room for you. Bathroom floor tile in the shower was really gross, mildew in grout, not a good design choice as housekeeping doesn't have time to scrub grout in every shower. Dining room table was stained. Coffee table had dried dirt on it. Carpet was stained. Couch had holes in upholstery. At first glance it was a pretty room until you looked more closely. I wouldn't pay this rate to stay here again.

Great view, clean and nice hotel

I love staying at Hotel Eastlund. LOVE the restaurant/bar on rooftop! One minor issue in the room to which they gave me a small discount.

Despite not having the best view of anything or a bit out of the way of nice restaurants or things to do, it was a lovely stay. I typically only stay here when I visit Portland. The beds are soft, staff at the hotel are nice. Your car is safe locked in on property.

A bit noisy from the traffic around the hotel. Very safe, walkable, easy to get in any direction.
