家族5人、年末4泊お世話になりました。 部屋の広さは程よく、ベットも快適。 メトロ駅に近く移動に便利で、そばにはパン屋もあります。 凱旋門も徒歩10分で、年越しイベントからの帰りも楽でした。 何より最高だったのは、ホテルスタッフ。明るく陽気な方、とても紳士的な方、お願いに快く応えてくださる方、みなさんのお陰で、本当に楽しいパリ旅行でした。ありがとうございました。

The pipe in the washpoint is clogged and water is difficult to flush.

It needed a deep clean, not that it was left dirty. The room’s fittings are a bit tired and dated.

Excellent hotel.

Great location and friendly staff.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Hôtel Pergolèse Paris Champs Elysées. The staff were really helpful and kind, especially Steve and Maricel. Breakfast was nice and the location of the hotel was excellent.

Amazing hotel! Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was in the best location possible. 3 minute walk to the metro train stations, 7 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs elysee shopping strip and a 25 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Hotel was super clean and had daily housekeeping, room was very big and spacious. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris!!

Chambre impeccable. Nous sommes arrivés à midi pour poser nos bagages, le réceptionniste nous a donné une chambre déjà prête. L'hôtel est bien situé, pas loin du métro, ligne 1. Et pas loin à pied de l'arc de triomphe ( 10 petites minutes). Il y a de quoi se restaurer à côté.

Very happy with everything

La atención en general de todo el staff súper amable.

Hotel maravilhoso, bem localizado, perto das estações de trem e metrô. Funcionários atenciosos, quarto impecável. Adoramos

Hôtel bien situé a distance de marche des Champs Elysées dans un quartier sécuritaire et tranquille tout en etant animé, pres du Palais des Congrès. WiFi incertain est le bémol.

Great location within walking distance to transportation.

Por vários dias o quarto não foi limpo. Tivemos q pedir, mas mesmo assim em um dia ele não foi limpo, porque não havia mais equipe no local. Quando era limpo, deixavam copos e utensílios sujos dentro do quarto. O café é razoável, mas a funcionária é extremamente solícita, assim como os recepcionistas. O ar condicionado não funcionou em nenhum momento. Fica, por fim, o registro que sumiram dois itens do quarto. Não podemos acusar ninguém, mas tais objetos não foram encontrados até o final da estadia.

Great stay

So the property was nice. Close to Champs-Elysées, good restaurants and train station. Easy access for Uber/Taxis. Amenities were VERY lacking, we did have tea/coffee and water we had to refill downstairs every day. That truly wasn’t much of an issue as my kids are grown so they are very capable of getting their own water. The staff other than Steve, I think he’s the manager, Steve was awesome. Our encounter with him was at the end of our stay during checkout but he truly was awesome. The other staff were not welcoming. I traveled with my 2 daughters and we were met with NO’s at check in. I just expected a little bit more kindness for a 4 star hotel. Which shouldn’t even matter. We weren’t afforded any of the VIP benefits, and they absolutely weren’t apologetic about it. Maybe this particular hotel shouldn’t be affiliated with the VIP program. All in all, this was probably my 12th or 13th visit to Paris and my kids 6th or so. So nothing was going to taint our vacation. We took all with much positive energy, laughed at certain situations and enjoyed our vacation regardless.
