家族5人、年末4泊お世話になりました。 部屋の広さは程よく、ベットも快適。 メトロ駅に近く移動に便利で、そばにはパン屋もあります。 凱旋門も徒歩10分で、年越しイベントからの帰りも楽でした。 何より最高だったのは、ホテルスタッフ。明るく陽気な方、とても紳士的な方、お願いに快く応えてくださる方、みなさんのお陰で、本当に楽しいパリ旅行でした。ありがとうございました。

The pipe in the washpoint is clogged and water is difficult to flush.

Tout était parfait sauf pour le lit qui n'était pas un Très Grand lit (lit King) comme indiqué sur le site d'expédia. Le lit était plutôt un Grand lit (lit Queen). On nous a affirmé que pour Paris c'était un lit King mais, non c'était in lit Queen. Je vous suggère de modifier cet information sur votre site parce que le montant demandé est plus élevé pour une chambre avec très gand lit.

We stayed in the family suite at Hotel La Pergolèse during our trip to Paris. We were a group of five and overall, the experience was good. The location is unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, and very well connected to metro and train lines, making it easy to get around the city. The family suite is actually made up of two very spacious and comfortable rooms, which was perfect for our group. The bathrooms were clean and roomy, though the showers are inside bathtubs that are quite high, something to keep in mind if you're traveling with small children or older adults. One downside was that one of the rooms was extremely dark, with very limited natural and artificial light. We had paid extra for breakfast at the time of booking, but honestly, it’s not worth the cost. The buffet is very basic and quite overpriced for what you get. If you have the time, I’d recommend having breakfast elsewhere. you’ll spend half as much and enjoy a better meal. The best part of the hotel was the service: all the staff were kind, helpful, and always ready to assist.

People were nice. Room was somewhat updated, but always seemed a little damp and dark. Breakfast was subpar.

A minha estadia no hotel pergolese foi normal. Quando chegamos tarde da noite no hotel na primeira noite pra fazer o check in, o atendente foi extrememante rude conosco o que não foi uma sensacao boa. Mas de resto foram normais. O outro recepcionista foi simpatico, parece que ele sabia que tinha que compensar com o outro colega.

First time in Paris. had a great experience checking in. everything was very simple and well organized. the room was ready for us to move in immediately. there was no waiting and the staff was very friendly. The location is excellent quick walk to many of the main attractions. lots of restaurants and cafes around.

staff was very friendly. But the room had only 1 towel for 2 people for 4 nights. And there was a used bottle on the table. Good location. Safe location. And wide room which is not common in Paris.

A lovely Parisian hotel with lots of character yet still modern decor. WiFi excellent and in a fab location for shops, bars and restaurants. Sights are all walkable from hotel. Staff are super helpful and always greet you with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay here again.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel nahe einer Metrostation, ideal für einen Städtetrip. Leckeres Frühstück. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Wir kommen wieder.

Nice hotel and very close to Arc Triomphe. Good breakfast. A bit thin walls in the room, bot not too noisy.
