The location of this hotel is very good. Breakfast is so good. I wish to stay again when I come to Warsaw again.

フロント、スタッフは丁寧で温かい対応をしてくれました。 立地はビジネス街よりなので観光目的の場合はセントラル駅よりも東側かつ川よりも西側のホテルを取ると良いかもしれません。

This hotel is located in very convinient place. It takes only 15mins by taxi From Warsaw Chopin Airport. Hotel room is very clean and silence. And good breakfast. Cost performance is very good. So, I strongly recommend this hotel for those who can pay 150-200 US ＄ per night for stay.

チェックインの時にどんな部屋がいいか、部屋の要望を聞いてくれて、チェックアウトの時にスーツケースを預かってくれて、とっても助かりました。

朝食が非常に充実していた。　あれで、１０００円ちょっとは、非常にお得。

コロナの関係で 朝御飯は最低です その割りに値段は一緒は？

１泊のみでしたが、とても清潔ですし、広さも申し分ないです。また、朝食もとても良かったです。ホテルの前には常にタクシーも待機しているので、出かける際にはとても便利でした。部屋には水と炭酸水が１本ずつあるのも嬉しいサービスです。ぜひまた利用したいと思いました。

交通の便のよい立地。 朝食は非常にバラエティ豊かで、今まで泊まったホテルで五本の指に入る。 スタッフも皆丁寧で気持ちがよい。 唯一残念だったのが、チェックアウト後に空港に行くのに呼んでもらったタクシーの値段が行きの4倍とぼったくりだったこと。 交渉して半分強まで下げたが、それ以上食い下がるとどこかに連れて行かれそうだったので諦めて払った。皆さんお気をつけて！ 4日経つがいまだホテル側で調査中とのことで回答はない。

デスクのライトがつかなかった。

外観カラフルでフロントからレストランも清潔感あり素敵です。 スタッフの対応も悪くありません。 私が滞在中の困った点は偶然かもしれませんが。。。 １）工事中の騒音がとにかくうるさい。朝8時前からキッチンを工事中ということでした。日中、事務的な仕事をしようと思っていたためで、外出していれば浅野2時間くらいで耐えられたかもしれません。3日滞在でしたのでフロントに府屋を代えてほしいといいましたがいっぱいでだめといわれました。とても不快な3日でした。 ２）洗面台の水の流れが悪い。上水道を流しているうちにたまってくると下からのかすのようのものが浮いてきたのでそこで洗濯をしようと思っていのにする気がなくなりました。つまっているので改善してほしいとお願いしましたが変わっていませんでした。

Reception staff helped with taxi twice: good. They could not help me with ATM. Your ATM does not take VISA: bad. They would not help me convert US$ or Euros: bad. They extended my check-out time so I could meet my ride. excellent! They fixed my TV, which would not turn on: good. They did not set up my account to allow me to charge cafe meals to my room. No big deal, but the cafe staff could not understand why. Breakfast is very good, especially the omelets. Dinners in the cafe were good. Air conditioning (AC) is inadequate. With it on, the room was unbearably hot and stuffy. I had to open the window and use the chair to prop it. That turned off the AC. The noise from the street (sirens and loud cars or motorcycles) was very bad. The shower door (room 446) repeatedly came loose at the bottom. The room was too small and crowded. It is hard for a handicapped person to walk around the bed. There was no chair for sitting and reading: bad.

There should be an ATM that takes VISA! Air conditioning is inadequate, so I had to keep window open and endure the noise. Staff helped me with late checkout. Thanks!

The AC wasn’t working. Had to move to 2 different rooms and it still wasn’t working. Horrible

I misses the bathtub. For a four Star hotel, I really expected it. The room is big, confortável and with amenities. When I arribes, there was missing body Motion and condicionar but was not a problem since I brought mine.
