I chose this hotel because of good reviews of its clean rooms and good breakfast. However it is not so. There was no person at the reception and a note is posted on the counter when I arrived. I could not have breakfast due to our early flight. I had told that fact one day before on the phone but they didn’t offer anything instead. Does it mean we should not believe reviews? Maybe I visited this hotel in a bad timing. Or the conditions and situation of American hotels have changed badly.

You are paying to be close to the airport. While the hotel was definitely dated & interiors old, it was clean and the staff was over the top friendly!!

Wonderful stay. We arrived midnight following a flight from Australia. They offered us a late checkout. Our room was larger than normal, wonderful bed and extremely clean room.

Incredible staff! Facility dated but upgrades are underway to be completed by end of 25. Day construction noise but , did I say great staff. Very good value and proximity for STL airport area visit. I’ll be back… oh , very fast airport pickup !

I had never stayed in a hotel that offers free dinner, drinks, AND breakfast! Staff was amazing! Rooms were excellent and the food was yummy!

We arrived at 12:30 in the morning after two flight delays. The desk clerk was so nice and understanding.

We always stay at the Drury when we fly out of St. Louis. It’s clean, the staff is phenomenal, they get us to the airport, and their free food and drink offer is just perfect! We could not be more pleased!

The rate quoted by Expedia was not honored. Dog fee is outrageous. Ad says gated parking. Arm to gate is broken, cones are placed as a deterrent.
