Hôtel de base bien situé dans le centre-ville de Trois-Rivières.

Chambre propre, mais revêtement en tapis. Très bien situé par rapport aux activités du centre-ville. Le personnel était attentionné et efficace.

Not our first visit, however there were renovations going on, therefore no ice machines anywhere in the hotel. We were there on the weekend so no construction noise, so at least this was not a negative. The underground parking lot which is such a great amenity was not accessible due to the renovations. The staff were great as usual and the location is perfect.

Voyage pour équipe sportive, près des lieux du tournoi. J’aurais aimé avoir plus de temps pour découvrir les environs.

Chambre complètement dépassée, chambre de bain à rénover, mais lits très confortable.

Everything was exactly what we expected.

Il y’avait la poussière sur la commode et un trou sur le rideau blanc de chambre. Pas assez rafiné

Staff at frontdesk were friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean, but very dated, and in a major need of a complete face-lift. You get what you pay for. If it's to crash a couple of nights or if you're on a tight budget, you will survive, otherwise you better go to another hotel. Restaurant is open only for breakfast for now; they are renovating for a new restaurant to open soon.

Tout était parfait. La réception +++ Par contre, pour moi le lit était trop dur mais pour les 2 personnes qui m’accompagnaient c’était correct.
