総合評価とレビュー Sonesta ES Suites Reno

リノへの旅行は決まっていましたが、諸事情より1週間前にホテルを予約しなおし、こちらに4泊しました。ホテル所在地はリノの中心地より少し離れていて、静かです。朝食は自由に食べられますが、あまり種類はありません（食器がプラスチックだったのがちょっとマイナス点）。部屋はきれいで、キチネットがついているので、簡単な調理はできます。まあ、個人的には、電子レンジ・コーヒーメーカー・冷蔵庫・食洗機にコンロがついているのはいいのですが、オーブンかオーブントースターがついているとよかったです。グロサリーを代わりに注文・届けてくれるサービスがあり、なかなか良かったです（使ってみましたが、お店も選べたし、手数料もとりません!）。スタッフはみなフレンドリーで好感が持てました。日本人は見かけませんでした。私たちは2人でしたが、子供連れの家族やグループが多かった感じで、お勧めです。

２ベッドルームを家族3人で利用しました。清潔で広々としていて、とても快適に過ごすことができました。RENOに行くことがあれば、またここに泊まるでしょう。

It’s alright for couple days staying

Wrong size room, rooms were not ready, not cleaned. Overall stay wasnt pleasant in any means. A few if the employees were nice to work with and others not so nice.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Comfortable and well kept. Friendly staff. Only downsides were a problematic toilet and weak shower.

The floor are very dirty

5 star accommodations at Motel 6 Prices

Everything was AWESOME except having to pay for parking of all things in this south reno location was the most absurd thing i ever heard !!!!!

Rooms are tired looking. Most of equipment in fitness room does not work. Breakfast offerings are limited.

Clean quite place

The hallways are uninspiring, but the rooms are very comfortable and well laid out. We had a problem with our first room, and staff were extremely accommodating in getting us moved to a different room.

Loved it here, pet friendly and very spacious hotel room!

They charged us multiple times for the deposit on the room. The total for the room was supposed to be 154.00 and we were charged 487.00, long story short it took way to long to get the money back! Wasted time and money, save yourself the stress and stay somewhere different!

Nice clean room and comfortable bed

This is the second time we stay at this hotel and we continue to love it. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and friendly staff are the reason why we love staying here. Check out girl was super nice and friendly- asked how our stay was and acknowledged us as soon as we walked into the lobby to return our keys. We will be staying here again soon.

Property was really nice. Lots of good places available and close. The one thing that truly made me rethink staying there was a dog who seemed to be left in the hotel room unattended. The dog barked all day everyday and super early in the morning(5-6 am) . This was awful bc no one wants to experience this especially for those who might have checked in late or people who are driving long distances. That was the only down fall i found which was huge for me and my partner.

Our room 120, the bedroom was adjacent to a non-functioning security door, banging loudly every time someone entered or exit. Sleep was poor quality due to this facilities problem. One would imagine a security issue like this would be fixed overnight. Nope. Anybody could just walk in off the street.
