まず、ゴールド会員向け特典「スパークリングワイン 1 本無料 (1 滞在あたり)、客室の無料アップグレード (空室のある場合)」について、チェックインの際に一切言及はなく、後で問い合わせたけれど全く無視された。さらに、ホテルで案内している客室アメニティについては、全く用意されておらず、その後も提供はなかった。 　これらの注目を引く特典等選択基準に影響する事柄について、文言のみで客を吊り、実際には提供しない詐欺行為と言える。 　そのほか、四つ星を掲げているにもかかわらず、 ａデスク下のアウトレットは通電してない。 ｂベッドサイド読書灯は片方は不点灯。 ｃ室内にゴミ箱がない。持ち帰りか？ ｄ給湯能力が低く、適温(40℃程度)にするとシャワーもカ 　ランもチョロチョロとしか出ない。バスタブはあるもの 　の、とても湯を満たすことはできない。 ｅロビーで話す客の声がうるさく、また、近隣の飼い犬の 　吠え声が聞こえる。 ｆ朝食は加工肉製品、加工乳製品、パン、ケーキ、シリアル、果物等冷菜とスクランフルエッグとボイルソーセージの温菜で、野菜類は一切ない。 ｇおそらく日本人は文句を言わないだろうということで、 　不具合が放置された条件の悪い部屋があてがわれたと思 　う。 　この後滞在するグラナダ、コルドバ、バルセロナにも同系列ホテルがあったけれど他を選択してよかったと思う。

スタッフの説明が良かった。

シェリー酒の産地で、ボデガ巡りをするのに最高のホテルです。 近場にスーパーなど買い物施設あり、市街地までも徒歩でいけます。

The room was clean and tidy, a little dated. The window didn't lock, which was a concern as we were on the ground floor. The lack of signage around the hotel led to some confusion. There were no pricing to be found for breakfast and dinner. The fridge had items in. But no explanation as to whether they were complimentary or not. I went with my 4yr old grandson, we went to pay for breakfast which I was charged full price for him. This is ridiculous as he is so young and clearly doesn't eat as much as an adult. Outside there were 2 pools, they were not kept clean. There were flies, leaves and feathers in them. It was really off-putting. In total, it was a plesant hotel, in need of some TLC. Some maintenance to the exterior of the building, and windows.

Det var ett helt okej hotell, rent men något slitet. Frukosten var ok, men inte mer än så. Personalen i receptionen var hjälpsam.

Lækkert, Nyt og moderne hotel med pool, bar og stort morgenmadsudvalg. Sødt personale.

O hotel já foi de luxo mas está em decadência. Muita coisa velha que precisa ser renovada. Fiz a reserva com antecedência e I preço estava quase 200 reias mais barato. Mesmo assim o gerente insinuou que eu deve-se pagar a diferença para ter um quarto com cama de casal. O detalhe é que o hotel é imenso e estava praticamente vazio. Contudo a funcionária esperou ele sair para fazer a troca amistosamente.havia cheiro de cigarro no quarto. Fora isto foi ok.

Room was very well maintained by the staff and the staff at the check-in were very helpful. However, the aircon wasn’t working throughout the whole building and I was told this would likely be until end of May until it was fixed. Whilst this wasn’t the end of the world, it meant the room was prone to getting humid and stuffy. Consumables were basic, I was on the end of the hand soap bottle and only the bare essentials, no conditioner, were provided. Whilst the piano in the lobby was broken, the hotel was otherwise really well decorated, maintained and held a nice atmosphere inside. Parking is a struggle if you have a car!

La habitación estaba perfecta. El personal muy amable.

Large and comfortable room. One complaint was I arrived 30 minutes before check in time and the reception staff wouldn't even check if the room was ready, I had to wait until exactly check in time.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was beautiful, rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great.

L’emplacement et la vue sur l’océan

Lovely stay at the hotel for 2 nights. Nice quiet area we tried a couple of nice restaurants in the area. Enjoyed the pool area and bar. Swimming pool was good.

Conveniente. Fácil acceso. Hotel clásico de los 80 bien cuidado. Falta de amenities impropio de un hotel de esta categoria y cadena hotelera. Jabones a granel pero limitados en el dosificador.

Tuvimos una estupenda habitación muy cómoda y tranquila. La piscina tiene mucha encanto.
