Owner and staff are very kind!

化石の森国立公園への観光で利用しました。目立った特徴のあるホテルではないですが、設備は一通り揃っており、建物・客室ともに清潔で、滞在時にストレスを感じるようなことはまったくありませんでした。小さな地方都市のホテルということもありますが、宿泊費が安く、コストパフォーマンスはとても良かったと思います。

No rooms available at 3:30. They had to clean one for us. Only decaf in the room. Requested regular but they said the room was being discontinued so we could only have what was in the room. Only decaf at the breakfast as well. We did not partake.

We wanted to check in & we stood at front desk waiting for 45 mins to have someone to help us. And we were assigned a room which was dirty, bed unmade & dirty towels on sink. We booked a room with king bed but instead got a double beds because all other rooms were still dirty.

Listing promised coffee in room. We are early risers who need our wake-up beverage before most continental breakfasts are set up. We verified with the desk clerk that there were indeed coffee makings in our room. There were -- IF you count two pods of decaff and two pods of herbal tea. When we went back to the desk to ask for pods of caffeinated coffee, the same clerk told us, mysteriously, that "we can't get them." Other than that, the room was pleasant and quiet, the continental breakfast had some nice offerings, etc. But the false advertising and the strange inability even to procure something as common as coffee pods made us wonder if the hotel was going broke or something.

Very disappointed .... no staff had another guest find coffee in the morning ... premade sandwiches was the breakfast that you could warm up in a microwave

Overnight stay. Solo traveler.. not very clean looks rundown.

The gentleman checking us in was great. First day on the job and I was his first customer, all went very good. We had everything thst we needed.

Room was clean, but very dark. Window didn’t have a privacy screen. No charging station, just one hidden wall plug. The sleeper sofa was broken. This was the most expensive hotel in the town, so I was expecting a lot more, but quite disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were nice and very welcoming. They made us a new room key within the first 30 minutes we were there because we locked our first key card in the room. Our room smelled kind of closed up and stale and the bathroom doorknob was very loose but the room was clean. The hotel was close to the Petrified Forest and Painted Desert and that was definitely a plus. We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again if we were in the area.

Floor was filthy, there was a food stain on comforter, the whole experience was not up to Wyndham chain of hotels.

This is the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! Got there late. I had a lot of luggage unpacked and then went to the restroom to find a extremely dirty toilet seat. The carpet in the halls and the room were absolutely disgusting! We checked out within an hour and a half. The next morning at the hotel we say that in Winslow Arizona the county inspector was there checking on their hotel. He gave me a number and I called and put a formal complaint into the county health department about how dirty and filthy it was! Don't ever stay there.

Previous guest pills in room on floor by bed. 1 year old grandson found them while crawling and put one in mouth and I was able to stop him.

Front desk attendant was warm and friendly.
