観光に便利な立地で料金もリーズナブルでよかった。部屋は暗いがデスクに電気スタンドがあって助かった。

スタッフが親切です。場所も、中心部でとても便利で、中庭が素敵です。

小さな公園の一角にあるいい環境。歴史地区に位置し観光にも多くのところが徒歩圏内。周囲にレストランも多々。中庭に面したホテル内のレストランもまずまず（但し蚊がいる）。建物も設備もやや古いが普通に快適。

古いが規模もそれなりのホテルだった 観光の中心地に立地しているためホテルから教会が見えとても良い感じだった。 バスターミナルからは15分と離れているが、市内中心部なので一人歩きしても危険はないが、夜遅くはタクシーを使うべきだと思う。

バスターミナルの目の前なので便利。夜遅くに着き、次の日の朝早くに空港へ行かなくてはならなかったのでたすかりました。ホテルの設備、スタッフの対応などは可もなく不可もなし。

5泊しましたが、中心部にあるため非常に好立地、気軽に徒歩でどこへでも行けました。部屋もとてもかわいく、古い建物の趣もあり快適に滞在できました。ただ、せっかくの野外プールに水が入っていなかったことが残念でした。

El hotel es muy lindo y tiene lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia sin llegar a ser muy lujoso. La ubicacion es muy buena y permite llegar a restaurantes y tiendas caminando.

Está descuidado el hotel en verdad se ve bonitas fotos pero la realidad está muy descuidado, la alberca el agua muy turbia se ve que no la limpian se ve muy descuidada el mantenimiento en general lástima por que si tiene zonas bonitas y se vería muy bonito si estuviera más cuidado ya ir está en una zona muy privilegiada en corazón del centro histórico

El personal es muy amable en todo momento, las instalaciones y habitaciones muy comodas, y muy buena ubicación a una cuadra del centro de Merida. La habitación te la entregan hasta las 15:00 hrs pero te dan oportunidad de resguardar tu equipaje y la habitación la puedes entregar hasta la 13:00 hrs.

I love this historic hotel that was I think originally a monastery. The rooms surround a garden It’s in a great location , Hidalgo park and there’s a Starbucks next door. There’s a small pool on the top level that overlooks a cathedral! They serve a lovely breakfast in the mornings to get your day of cenote swimming or visiting of Great Mayan Ruins.For the cost you can’t go wrong. Don’t forget to go to Amaro for wonderful live music and diner. Right around the corner! Let’s pot it this way,

Excelente lugar , muy céntrico de la zona

Liked this hotel, it had an elevator yeah! And is close to all the museums, parks, restaurants, and so many shops. The only drawback is that we had to park the car 2 blocks away in a designated parking lot for hotel.

Thew room I had was a simple one on the 2nd floor, basic but well kept and this hotel is all about the location and the lovely courtyard. The pool although small affords a refreshing dip on a warm day and some beautiful sunset skies late in the afternoon. This is a very sweet stay and walking distance to so many great restaurants and boutiques.

We received a warm welcome upon arrival. Our room was very clean, and the air conditioning was amazing at keeping the room comfortable, especially since the daytime temperatures were between +36 to +38. The rooftop pool is perfect for a dip to cool off. When we booked our stay, we added the breakfast option. Every part of the breakfast was fantastic, fresh hot coffee, the large fresh fruit bowls, our made to order hot breakfast was delicious and a very generous portion. Above all, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. If we travel back to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

At 1 am the hotel brought in a noisy septic cleaner. Unbelievable. The guests could not understand it. Why?
