初めてでわからない事ばかりでしたが、いろいろ聞くと丁寧に対応してくれました。朝食もワッフル、パンケーキとても美味しかったです〜

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Kids got a welcome packet and the hotel is very pet friendly. Breakfast is limited and is not on par with other Prestige Hotels.

We did not mean to book this motel,. we were expected at the Pacific Inn. they had all our paperwork ready when we got there. the PRESTIGE is WAY over our means and I will be very upset if Expedia booked us for two different Hotels on the same Night.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was recently renovated and very clean. Located just across from the Highliner where the airport shuttle is located. My only recommendation would be a few more options for breakfast but it wasn’t bad, had all the basic staples most folks would be fine with.

Hotel has been recently renovated and very nicely done. Staff are friendly and helpful. View of the harbour was awesome.

Good stay, but a few issues that the front desk looked into. A carbon monoxide sector went off in the adjacent room and I heard it all night. Then the second night tried to take a bath and the water was a bit brown.

Great ocean front views. Soundproofing between rooms isn't the greatest. Outside of hotel is rundown but inside is nice enough

The only place I ever stay when in Prince rupert staff are lovely. Hotel is clean safe love it love it.

Looking out your window and seeing garbage over the roof wasnt very appealing. other than that beds are comfortable and room was clean.

The customer service is excellent. Staff at this hotel are so helpful and friendly. My room was clean and tidy. The gym was great. I would definitely stay here again.

The only suggestion I would make would be to supply a better quality toilet paper. We were very happy with our 2 day stay! i

Really enjoyed breakfast, room was very clean and comfortable. Teresa was friendly and helpful, as well as the other staff members. Great location and the price was right.
