立地条件と、四つ星ホテルでも、価格がお手頃で選びました。 部屋が広く、とても使いやすく快適でした。 ランブス通りもすぐで、地下鉄駅も近く、とても便利でしま。 バルセロナに来ることがあったら、また利用しようと思います。

初日にゴキブリがいました。3Fの部屋です。 フロントで話すとスプレーを持って駆けつけてくれましたが、そのときは見失い、スプレーを置いて行ってくれたのであとから自分で対処しました。 それ以外は立地、スタッフさんの対応などすごく良かったです。プールやバー、朝食もありましたが利用してないのでわかりません。 自販機がある階もあります。 1泊2日の小旅行に出かける際にスーツケースを預かってくれました。

受付の対応もよく楽しく観光ができました。

英語が通じるスタッフがいらしたので助かりました。

部屋の中でのWiFIの接続が、弱く、遅い。 一番安定に繋がるのは、トイレに座っている時。 部屋の中で安定に接続できるように改善される事を望む。 エアコンのコントロールで、冷房/暖房の切り替えが、一括(フロントでもできない？)切替で、10月の下旬でも冷房になっていた。日中は、20℃を超えるので、良いが、朝晩は少し寒い。ポータブルのヒーターを借りた。小型だが、230V仕様、なかなかパワフルだった。

多分上階トイレだと思うが使用後の水の音がものすごい音で聞こえる (階下に流れてくる音が) シャワーなどの水圧は申し分ない、掃除もキチンとされている。 声漏れ、外の声など結構きになる。 チェックインした当日はサービスドリンクがあったが(フロント前) それからはほとんど見なかった ホテルの周りは食事、買い物に便利で途中疲れたら戻り休憩したり、場所は申し分ない

スタッフの対応が良かった。ランブラス通りから近いので、観光には最高のロケーション！

Perfekt läge längs Las Ramlas, Fint hotell med bra helhet. Finns såklart Nära till tunnelbana service och restauranger.

It’s a pretty nice hotel overall. The lobby is nice, and there is 24-hour service with a bar. Free Wi-Fi and a pool, although I didn’t have time to check the pool. Some small things, though. The room lacked a hanger for a jacket, which was quite annoying. The sound insulation was poor, or the neighbours were very loud. There was a lot of noise from the corridor and quite a bit of noise from the alley below. I also noticed black dots around the air intake (possibly mold?). There was information about a bottle of wine per stay, but the staff did not acknowledge this because they couldn’t see it in the booking, so I didn’t receive one. I also had to ask them to refill the bath soap. They did, however, replace the toothbrush and toothpaste, which was nice. I asked if it was possible to get other types of tea, but there was only one option unless I bought tea at the bar. Overall, it feels a bit stingy for a hotel of this standard. In general, it’s a good hotel, but I think they could reconsider some aspects of the standard.

Très bon service, belle chambre et lieu parfait

Personnel au top, garage et emplacement de l'hotel hyper pratique pour rayonner dans Barcelone. Petit déjuneur et service au bar super. Seul petit bémol une odeur et des traces d'humidité dans la chambre.

I can’t believe this place is rated a four star. It was no more than a two. It needs to be updated tremendously. I couldn’t wait to leave, the room felt so gross. The staff was not accommodating at all. Sadly This is where I spent New Year’s Eve.

Notre chambre étant placée a côté des 3 ascenseurs beaucoup de bruit et de passage occasionant de la gêne. La luminosité du couloir penetre dans la chambre par le dessous de la porte. Beaucoup de bruit dans les couloirs occasionnée par les clients
