Clean, comfort, near of japanese food and staff friendly and helpful.

The place is very convenient to reach from the highway. it is in Little Tokyo where we can find all kinds of food. It is also in walking distance to Disney Concert Hall, the Broad, MOCA. If we are interested in arts, this is a very interesting place to stay. The hotel itself is limited to facilities. We had to pay $30 parking fee a day! Staying here 3 night cost us additional $90. The building exterior and interior are very modern, new and decorated with modern art. To my surprise, when we walk into the guestroom, it is old. The ceiling, furniture, and the wall are so 70's. In the room next to the closet there is a snap in door (which fell off when I touch it). Behind it was an AC machine from 50 years ago?. At night it made noises. Having jetlag after flying 22 hours, it helped me awake all night. But it is clean and the staffs were very helpful.
