We were only in this nh for a night and this was our third or fourth nh hotel ( after nh Toulouse airport, nh Bilbao and nh cuidad Santander ( we eventually finished our road trip in nh collection Zaragoza )) . The room was clean and the staff were accommodating. There is a nearby “Mercado” supermarket just beside the hotel . The parking was convenient. The best thing about this hotel was the cute lobby with its collection of books ( in English ) . The breakfast buffet was your typical nh buffet which is not bad . This nh hotel is also near “Calle Laurel”’where all the tapas bars of Longroño are located.

Habitación amplia y con decoración moderna. Buena ropa de cama y de baño. Cama muy grande y buen colchón. Curiosa entrada a la habitación: la zona del lavabo hace de recibidor dando amplitud a la entrada. Recepción con decoración moderna. Desayuno normal para un 4 estrellas. Tal vez un poco caro para los servicios que ofrece.

Everything was fabulous and must also mention the Metre Samuel, at the breakfast lounge was exceptional and attentive, he is a tremendous asset to your establishment. Thank you for a great experience and time.

This is a very nice hotel in the Centro. The room was clean and quiet, staff were kind and helpful and breakfast was of high quality. Walking to restaurants very convenient.

Staff friendly. Hotel clean and modern. Pulled up outside and a staff member parked my car for me in the hotel underground car park (it’s a bit tight for an English driver in a left hand drive car !)

Location: Just on the edge of old town makes this a convenient location. Close to the night life scene but far enough to avoid any noise. Hotel: Good condition with a small lobby and lounge area. Clean. Room: Decent size for a short stay. We stayed 2 nights. Room was comfortable but on the small size. Staff: Very nice. Only negative is parking. We had a mid size SUV and apparently it cant fit in their parking so we had to parking public garage.

We booked a twinroom. The beds are only 70cm large. That's absolutly too small and the rooms are too expensive for that. The restaurant and breakfastroom is also too small for all the guests in the hotel. The staff is working hardly but there's always something out, because there's no space for presentation. There was no free water in our room, also it exists ( for better people?) We had to pay 4€ for a small bottle of water. Complaints were answered with shrugs. Thank you for nothing. We will not come back to this NH Hotel
