recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately discovered a bed bug in my room, clearly visible on the pillowcase. I immediately documented the incident with photos as evidence and reported it to the front desk. Despite providing clear proof, I was met with resistance and an unnecessarily difficult refund process.
Instead of taking immediate action to inspect the room or offer a resolution, I was asked to jump through hoops—submitting emails and additional documentation—when the issue should have been taken seriously and resolved promptly on-site.
This has been a deeply disappointing and unacceptable experience. No guest should have to go through this much trouble to prove what should have been addressed with urgency and professionalism. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and improves how they handle situations involving health and safety concerns.
