Overall a good stay but for the price the rooms and beds were more than vintage feeling. It was bit run down and needs updating. The sounds and noise you could hear very loud. The staff was nice and location was great.

The staff was very friendly. The main area was clean and very inviting. I stayed at this hotel over 10 years ago and it was much different. There was a buffet breakfast that was served and was included in the price so the prices in the restaurant were slightly high for the amount of food that was given.

This was an emergency situation since my husband was in the hospital and he was not doing well, so I had to make a quick decision and book a hotel. I wish there was an emergency situation discount, since my husband was in the hospital and he was not doing well. It was safe close to where I had to go. The floor in the room was moist, and there is a lot of moisture within the room. It served its purpose, but the toilet was low to the ground and did not have a lot of pressure when flushing, but grateful that I was able to find your room.

Overpriced. My Door rattled every time someone in a nearby room closed their door The grab bar in the shower was placed at the opposite end thereby not useful for getting in or out of shower. The sign out front does not identify it as a Hilton hotel so it is easy to miss

Lots of ants. The cleaners did not clean our room and we came back and found a lot of ants around the leftover food. The ants went into our luggage. Staff said they will compensate us but never did. It was just a show. I asked them if they know about the ant problem and she paused and then pretended it is new. With this amount of ants in just one afternoon, the place must be invested for a long time. Stay away!

Room was nice

Outdated property and our reservation for a suite was not honored. We weren’t even offered a rate adjustment until after we complained.

Both rooms not ready for us at 4:30 pm when check in time is 3:00 pm. We had to wait, making us late for wedding we were attending. Check in person told me I have to file a complaint with Expedia because I booked the two rooms through Expedia. Bad business! You don’t let a customer leave your premises, angry, without doing something for them.

Just a great place

Needs a complete reno. Shocked that Hilton is associated with this property.

First it’s advertise as having a pool there’s no pool at this location. Second, the TV had no volume on it so we couldn’t even hear it third one towel was in the room. Would not recommend staying here.
