Great room and staff

The hotel room was not clean and there was some kind of loud pump that ran all night. We will not stay there again.

The doors to the room are a bit oncthe rough side. Very difficult to close it. Everything else is excellent. Service is good and it is very convenient.

The building old but the room was updated and spacious. I love the courtyard with water, pool, and jacuzzi feeling like A tropical paradise. The shower could use a little bit better cleaning but otherwise it was great stay!

Too noisy the fan rattles loud all night and the staff is useless, guest relations manager can not care less and replies all their rooms are noisy… no apology challenging and disrespect, worst part is lying when asked to change the room she mentioned no rooms available expect a downgrade to a smaller room or leave the hotel if you don’t like it… WOW sandman needs better staff I came an hour later and spoke to a different front desk employee confirmed my suite type is available in all 4 floors and I can pick anyone no downgrade… question is why would their manage lies?

Super fint sted med en meget hyggelig indendørs pool som er indrettet virkelig flot. Vi havde udsigt til pool hvilket var super fedt. Alt i alt et dejligt ophold til rigtig gode penge.

Wasn’t clean, hair all over the bathroom. Elevator had food stuck to the wall.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff! The room was spacious, and I loved the Juliet balcony overlooking the pool.
