The house keeping staffs are some of the nicest people I ever met, and I've visited Japan and most of Asian countries a lot. The room even though a little dated, but is very clean and the kitchenette is awesome for family. Can't beat the location and parking convenience, one of the best in Toronto. Will definitely stay here again.

I assign to a lesser room, the whole service is really bad. the hotel is a total rip off, avoid at all cost!
