It was dirty in the bathrooms. There was hair all over the place like no one‘s cleaned the bathroom. It had bedbug smashing. You could tell that they had bedbugs at one point in time and it just felt like they were just crawling all over the place carpet was nasty. TVs didn’t work. It was just nasty altogether trash piled up everywhere.

This is the 2nd time staying here in about 3 years and it is exactly the same. It is DIRTY! There is a cat in one of the long-term rental rooms and the smell is in the hallway. It is fortunately the cheapest place in the Buffalo area and is safe-enough for those sensitive to that thing. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is no pretense about what you're getting.

This was hands down the filthiest hotel I've ever stayed in. For quick one night stays that are mostly just for sleep, I tend to go with more affordable places and don't expect a lot of the most modern or updated places which is fine but I've ever ever stayed in one so so dirty. Mirrors had grime and splatters, walls and pictures literally had "stuff" in them, lamp shades, night stands etc had stains and dirt all over. Our bathroom had long and short black hairs all over toilet,sink, tub,and floor. Ceilings had old stains and cracked plaster, tiles were missing from bathroom walls. Hotel had a terrible smell through out. The hotel itself didn't look like one from outside and literally looked like a big store front of some kin. We passed by it. No signage or front lighting. It was late and we were in hurry to be somewhere but stopped back for a bit after and I simply asked if they had some cleaning stuff like wipes etc FOR ME TO CLEAN THE ROOM and was told no. When I said our room is literally filthy I got the most uninterested shrugged shoulder oh well attitude. When I say the place was not just rundown, which I could handle, it was absolutely disgusting. Old food crumbs on carpet, stains. Everywhere was booked. We had to stay. Just slept on top of beds with clothes and shoes on and didn't shower. Got up and got out. Tub filthy dirt stains white towels stained and yellowing. Disgusting. Old and outdated is one thing, filthy is inexcusable.

The outside was dirty. My room was not dusted or vacuumed. The corners in the bathroom were full of debris. The tub was brown.

Location was good! Bed was very uncomfortable, a/c unit was not clean had mold on it.

This is scam. Bb and blood everywhere in a room. I step in and immediately step out without thinking.

El lobby al entrar tiene mal olor. No está capacitado para personas con impedimentos como un elevador y me asignaron 2 nivel con un incapacitado. Los cuartos tienen mal olor los baños un pésimo estado mugre en las paredes y los inodoros tenían escremento pegado. El TV nunca funcionó. El agua si tenían caliente y buena precion. El aire acondicionado funcionó en ambas habitaciones. De lo demás no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I booked six rooms at this hotel, and every single one was filthy. Beds were unmade, rooms had trash left behind, and worst of all — some toilets still had human waste in them. It was obvious that none of the rooms had been cleaned before we arrived. This wasn’t just an inconvenience — it was disgusting, unsanitary, and completely unprofessional. We were a group traveling together and had no choice but to scramble for other accommodations at the last minute. I contacted management immediately and am now demanding a full refund for all six rooms. There is absolutely no excuse for renting rooms in this condition. I would strongly recommend that others avoid this hotel until they make serious improvements in their cleanliness and customer service. Even 1 start is to much to rate my awful experience with this hotel.

Reeks of Bed bugs and there are so many roaches.. we ran out of the room in 5 min.. didnt get a refund.. be careful when booking.. extremely unsanitary place..

It was disgusting and smelled like pot. We literally checked in and checked out. I wouldn’t even let my dogs flea stay there it was so bad. We want our money back.

The Toilet is dirty and the Carpet is very dirty as well and so stinky. I requested at the front office to clean our room but no body clean our for 2 days.

I cleaned my own room upon arrival. There was literal ash still in the ash tray. Tv and remote were incompatible. Toilet did not flush. Had to open the lid of the tank every time.

Filthy peeling paint with Lead hazards. Dirty sheets, no room service Rude employees.

The room had all the basic amenities listed in Expedia. Economical option for staying 1-2 nights. The entrance of the hotel was difficult to find, they should write their name in front of the building with the front entrance. The room had damp smell, the air freshener had almost no scent. The carpet was sticky.

Hotel rooms are good, 10-12 min drive from downtown.
