Cet hôtel est juste super ! L'immeuble intérieur est très joli avec une belle déco et un avion qui pend dans son centre. Les chambres sont accessibles par deux ascenseurs. La chambre 407 est conforme aux photos. Elle est spacieuse, bien décorée, propre, calme avec une grande télévision et un mini frigo. La literie est très bonne ; une mention toute particulière pour les draps hyper doux (on dirait de la soie !!) et les oreillers au choix : souple ou ferme pour chaque lit. Le parking est suffisamment grand et gratuit. La climatisation fonctionne très bien mais elle est assez bruyante. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner sur place car le prix est de 22$ par personne. Il y a un Tim Hortons et une station service dans les proches environs. Nous avons mangé au restaurant (ferme à 22h00) qui propose quelques bons plats au menu à des prix corrects. Le personnel de la réception et du restaurant est très agréable et professionnel. Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre nuit passée, en attendant de prendre notre vol de retour le lendemain soir. L'hôtel est excentré du centre ville mais avec une voiture, ce n'est pas vraiment un problème.

Overall our stay was good. Some of the issues were beyond the control of the hotel, like the loud construction next door which started VERY early our first morning. The rooms are not very sound proof. We had neighbours who came in and out of their room at all hours and liked to chat outside our door. The thing I found most annoying that could easily be rectified is the bedding. We had a king bed that clearly had queen bedding on it. Obviously the fitted sheet would not stay on properly and the comforter barely covered the mattress. Disappointed there was no complimentary breakfast which most Holiday Inn’s offer, instead there was a $22 breakfast buffet. All in all not a bad stay but could have been better.

The issue with the room was the plumbing at the tub 504 room . If y want a shower tub spout goes on at the same time as the shower and will not shut off . After cleaning the air con was turned on by staff . The air con is so loud we could not have it on . We are early risers and the restaurant was not open early enough for us for breakfast . No spare toilet paper was left in the bathroom . The place was nice and relatively quiet . Staff polite

Bonne emplacement mais difficile un peu à trouver. Par contre les portes des chambres lorsque les personnes ne les retiennent pas c'est très bruyant. J'aurai aimé un plancher de bois ou autre matériel que du tapis. Mais sinon c'est correcte

Gym is very very basic . Small swimming pool. Poor service. Staff not nice the way they interact. Poor costumer service. I was disappointed. Doesn't deserve the price I paid

Personnel très attentionné. Entrée dans l’édifice est difficile car le stationnement principal est à l’arrière est les portes d’entrée ne sont pas automatique. L’arrivée avec beaucoup de bagages est donc peu conviviale.

Room was clean, staff friendly. Area has construction going on the signs for the hotel were off the building at my visit making it difficult to know if I was in the right place room have coffee maker but no sugar or milk for morning coffee. No coffee available for guests in Lobby for guests who don’t want to sit in for breakfast. Rooms are not sound proof could hear music and doors opening and closing. It’s not what I expected for a Holiday Inn Hotel but definitely a 3 star hotel.
