Would have be nice to know the whole property was under repair before we arrived. Would have changed locations. Elevator was hit and miss for working and our group got stuck a few times in it. Booked three rooms and everyday was a cold shower for the two nights we were there. Overall wasn’t impressed with the hotel. Will be the last time I’m back.

We stayed for 2 nights for a sporting event. The hotel is dated but has gone through some renovations. The front staff was great. Our cleaning lady knocked on the door both mornings despite their being a Do Not Disturb sign. There was another group of sports kids there that were running around the halls all night. The area did not have a lot around for food. We ate at the bar/restaurant that was on site. The food was good and came out quick. Would be nice if it were open past 10pm.

Room 404 no hot water in the shower saturday morning february 15th 2025

Vieux, seulement un ascenseur fonctionnel pour tout l’hôtel, chauffage défectueux dans ma chambre et pas de technicien en service, très bruyant, le personnel ne fait pas respecter les consignes de silence dans les corridors la nuit (22h00-7h00) alors qu’indiqué partout sur les affiches dans l’hôtel.

Chambres mal insonorisées. L’hôtel est en réparation et toute la nuit, on entendait le bruit du vent dans les échafaudages. À cela s’ajoute les discussions des gens dans l’atrium, qu’on entendait même si nous étions au 5ieme étage! Et c’est sans compter les jeunes qui courraient partout sur tous les étages…. Un week-end qui n’aura malheureusement pas été de tout repos

Equipes de hockey tres bruillante incapacite du personnel de faire regner un climat propice au repos apres 23h

Clean, safe and nice hotel.

i called this property before booking as i was looking for a fucntional hot tub as i have bad back .. they assured me that it and the pool were in good working order time out the pool was more like a cold plunge .. and the hot tub was cooler than bath tub water after you have been in it for 40’minutes .. i went to talk to the staff and they said they were having issue lately .. i was like i called and they didn’t mention this when i asked.. complete waste of money.. either the day staff was unaware of the known issue or they lied .. either way i can’t believe i wasted money like this.. complete fail

Even with construction, this was a great hotel stay. The best thing was the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast buffet was superior.

The hotel is under renovation in spite of it all my stay was very pleasant.

the hot tub was crap, very bad hot tub. there was a party in the party room on the main floor, and they were playing music very very loudly, with a lot of loud bass, and i could not fall asleep for quite a while because of it. the way your hotel is made, the music goes to every room on every floor, because it is so open. i will never go to that hotel again.
