ホテルは古くても趣のある感じで清潔感もあってよかった。 日本人にはバスタブがあったのもよかった。 ただ、前の道路をトラックが通過するたびに音と振動で騒がしいので、神経質な人は要注意です。

This was in the best location to catch a bus or train and the staff were amazing!!

We upgraded our room to a deluxe and the bedroom was huge, the bed was so comfortable. The room itself was clean and there was some nice features, it could do with a full length mirror . We didn't have breakfast as we thought £15pp was expensive when you can get it for less in town. We stayed on the 2nd floor and wish we had a top floor room the noise from other residents is deafening. Doors slamming and hearing other people's bathroom water running interrupted our sleep. Slow closing doors should be a necessity. Parking in their car park is limited although their is a car park across for £15 a night.

The room was very musty in feel and smell. You could feel the train go by.

Great hotel welll located

The bed was rock hard, so if you need to sleep on something VERY firm, you’ll like that. Also, the hot water button for my shower kept popping back up, resulting in spurts of cold water while showering, which was just annoying. Great water pressure though. Staff were warm and helpful. The location is very central to a lot of the sights.

Very nice reception. The staff were lovely with most being down to earth. The single beds are quiet big for the standard size which was a lovely surprise. The buffet breakfast was nice with alot to offer. The only complaint is that the lift is tiny for accomodating 4 people and luggage. An all round great stay.

Nice staff. Great location, close to Union Square. Dated interior, past its prime. Carpets in room should be replaced by modern, hygienic flooring. Ok for a night, but would look elsewhere for a longer stay.

Veldig sentralt hotell og hyggelig personale. Stort og romslig rom med god seng. Selv om hotellet lå midt i byen opplevde jeg ikke noe bråk utenfra. Vinduene virket godt isolert. Håndklærne på badet var store, det er ikke alltid de er på hotell. God frokost og perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til shopping sentrene. Kan absolutt bo her igjen.

The hotel was lovely and clean, the bed was huge and the bathroom was clean and fresh. I'm a vegetarian and the continental selection was fine but the hot breakfast didn't give me much choice - scrambled or fried eggs, beans and fried tomatoes. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

The rooms are very noisy can hear people talking in there rooms all night if someone uses toilet or shower can hear that was awake every hour. Staff very friendly shame about room noise
