シティーセンターなので観光地のアクセスが良かったです。 レストランも併設されていたので夜遅くでも食べたり飲んだり楽しむことが出来ます。

地下鉄から直ぐでどこに行くのも便利なのに静かな感覚。。近くにパンチョス通りもあり食事に困りません。トリプルルームですが二部屋でゆとりがありました。バスルームの扉が捩れているのかバスルーム側から閉めようとしても閉まらなかったのだけが残念でした。

スタッフがみんな親切で笑顔よく、気持ちいい

地下鉄駅が近く、便利だった。 フロントスタッフも感じが良かった。 朝方まで周りで騒いでいる声がうるさかったのが残念です。

部屋はとてもキレイで充分な広さ。テラスがありバルセロナの街を眺めることができる。バスルームも使いやすく清潔。 朝食も美味しい。 地下鉄の駅はすぐ近くで立地もいい。 バルセロナに滞在する時はまた宿泊したい。

Nice facility

トイレとシャワーがセパレートになっていて、この値段でこの質は良かったと思います！深夜のチェックアウトにも嫌な顔１つせず対応して頂いて、スタッフの対応もグッド！ なにより地下鉄の駅からもバス停からも１分という近さがもっとも良かった点です。

中心地から少し離れるが、金額はリーズブルで良い。 前が大通り為、深夜まで車のバックファイアーがうるさい！！ 近くにコンビにも地下鉄の駅もありアクセスは良い アメニティーに歯ブラシも付いていた。

部屋は小さめだったけど清潔感あってとても良かったけども、暑かったです。 11月末なのにと、ちょっと気になりました。

ホテルが古いのは海外では良くあるので仕方がないが、全体的に綺麗にされている。部屋も快適に使えるがシャワーがお湯になるまで水を暫く出しっぱなしにしないといけない事だけがネック。 地下鉄駅も徒歩1分と近く。空港バスに乗車できるスペイン広場まで直進で15分程歩いて行ける。空港バスは15分程で空港へ着くのでホテルの場所は良い。 ホテルから凱旋門広場やカジノまで徒歩で30分～40分と大概の場所に歩いて行けたのでタクシーを利用することは無かった。

最初バスタブ付きの部屋が取れていなかったが柔軟に対応してもらえてバスタブ付きの部屋に追加料金無く変更してもらえて助かりました。フロントのスタッフさんや掃除のスタフさん達の感じも良かったです。ただ気になるのがお風呂場の匂いです、排水口から独特の臭さが上がってきて滞在中ほぼ消えませんでした。持参したアロマオイルと換気でなんとかしのいだ感じです。宿泊した部屋に冷蔵庫と湯沸かしポットが有ったのは助かりました。気になる点をもう二点言わせて頂くと滞在中一度も枕やベットのシーツを交換してもらえませんでした。三回くらい交換をお願いしたのですがしてもらえませんでした。2日連続一切の掃除がされていなかったのも残念です。

The room was extremely noisy despite the description stating that the windows were soundproof. The staff was also unhelpful in addressing the issue. As a result, I had difficulty sleeping at night.

Although room was generally clean, various maintenance needed in the hotel, and be warned - clever photography for the rooms. No natural daylight in some rooms within building 2 (yes there is a second building connected via a car park which is so strange). Location great, staff helpful, but honesty a pretty disappointing overall hotel with lack of basic things - toiletries (empty) and single pillows. Basics you shouldn’t have to ask for.

We stayed for one night to go on our Cruise. Perfect location. Would stay again.

Bike access was an excellent perk. The front staff had great manners and helped when needed.

The hotel was okay… good location, nice staff. When we got to our room, it seemed okay the biggest problem was the fact the bedsheet didn’t even fit the bed. Half the time I would wake up on a bare mattress and constantly fix it. No one wants to sleep on a hotels bare mattress… there was also no actual blanket. All we had was 3 sheets so we were freezing. Overall, it was alright nothing special biggest problem was the bedding which I feel is an important part due to hygiene and cleanliness.

Ar condicionado quebrado. A limpeza do quarto não foi satisfatória. A localização do hotel não era a melhor. Se voltar a Barcelona, vamos procurar outro hotel. Não indico.

The staff is extremely helpful. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of town. Very easy to get around on foot.

Room was fine at glance, average for what you pay for We soon then realised they didn’t fill up the bottles with shower gel in the shower Our window was broken so you can hear the outside noice on the street a lot since ambulance come by every so often aswell check in and check out was smooth however They cleaned our room every day - however on our last day they came in at like 9:30am which we found strange! as check out was at 11am
