お部屋は機能的で、駅からも近く、スタッフも親切で良いホテルでした！

ベットがふかふかで寝心地最高でした。

駅からすぐで立地が最高です。 チェックイン時には地図をくれて、ノートルダムのライトアップがあることを教えてもらい親切にしていただきました。 部屋は狭いですが清潔で静かで快適でした。

駅前で場所は便利でしたが、受付がわかりにくい、部屋が使いにくいなど、次回は、泊まらないと思います。

スタッフの対応がとても親切で、素晴らしかったです。 午後1時に着いたのですが、直ぐにチェックインもさせて下さり、助かりました。駅の直ぐ側で、とても便利が良いです。ホテルのバーで飲んだ、お薦めのシャンパンも、最高に美味しかったです。気持ちの良い滞在になりました。

ホテルには近いが部屋サイズの割に高かった。 特にトイレ、シャワールームがせまかった。

駅前で電車やバスを利用する人のは便利。部屋は清潔で快適。ただし、隣の音は聞こえます。設備は最低限で、湯沸しポットや冷蔵庫はない。

Reimsの駅から荷物を引いて歩き回るまでもなく到着でき，非常に便利です。スタッフの対応も好意的でした。

Hôtel à proximité de la gare. Petit déjeuner buffet avec large choix mais les produits pourraient être de meilleur qualité.

Très bon choix à Reims Parfait pour couple désireux de visiter la ville en un temps record, parce que très bien situé.

Hôtel fonctionnel mais chambres mais chambres mal insonorisées (un souci en abord de gare après du bruit à l’extérieur ou des hôtes qui déambuler en parlant fort dans les couloirs)

Staff really helpful and friendly

Pratico e spartano. Giusto accanto alla stazione centrale di Reims e al relativo parcheggio. Buona la colazione. Peccato per i filtri del condizionatore d’aria non puliti, che impediscono di dare la quinta stella. Comunque una soluzione ottimale per un soggiorno di passaggio di una notte.

Convenient, close to centre for food on the evening. Basic clean property.

I stayed in this hotel when it was a different chain about 12 years ago as it's in a perfect location next to the main station and walkable to the centre and 2 mins from tram stops. Under new management, the hotel is superb: good value for money, bright, fresh and clean with an excellent breakfast. The rooms are newly refurbished with everything you need including the much needed air conditioning in the recent heat. The staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Well located,near the train station (but quite) and in downtown. They offer a very good full breakfest but it is extra. Lobby is great with a lounge and amny entrainements.

The hotel is perfect for a short visit to Reims. Great location and has everything you need. The room was clean and tidy. Clean sheets and towels. It was very hot weather during our stay. It would be nice to have a small beverage cooler for cold water. Otherwise, no complaints. The staff was nice and accommodating, thank you!
