Cómodo para aparcar sin problema y también metro cerca. Lo peor el ascensor en hora punta y que no se pueden utilizar las escaleras

El hotel bonito, el desayuno fenomenal, el servicio muy bueno. Está un poco lejos del centro . Se tiene que tomar metro , Uber o taxi. Los cuartos no son muy amplios. Pero en general muy buen hotel

Excelente opcion, nos quedo cerca del aeropuerto y esta aunos 30 mins de la gran via, caminando queda una estacion de tren super cerca. Muy limpio y buen desayuno.

Plus - Good beds, including the sofabed - Good shower - Close to Metro - Close to airport Minus - Hotel is a bit worn out, with little niggles: a broken lamp, a damaged cupboard door, a shower tap button missing - Tea making facilities not getting topped up, asking for it at reception, telling me to go to the bar, barman wanting me to charge for it. - Reception area is very underwhelming: there is no entry, just a pedestal with a screen and a printer. And just two fluffy sofas. A world of difference with the Novotel in Barcelona. - Area around hotel is soulless empty office park. Thank god the metro is nearby.

Nos dieron una habitación para personas con movilidad reducida, que es igual que las demás, excepto por el baño, donde la ducha no tiene ni mampara ni nada, y hizo la estancia desagradable ya que al ducharte queda todo el baño lleno de agua y jabón

deberia de mejorar el desayuno en relacion con el novotel madrid las ventas y tratar de poner aire acondicionado independiente por habitacion ya que pase calor y tuve que abrir la ventana para poder dormir

Not worth the money. It’s a basic decent hotel but you’re overpaint for the location (close to the Féria)

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Campo de las Naciones, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel is modern and well-maintained, and the staff are truly dedicated to providing top-notch service. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, catering to all tastes and preferences. However, what truly made our stay memorable was Deborah, one of the attendants at breakfast. She was amazing with our daughters, going above and beyond to ensure they were happy and well taken care of. Her warmth and kindness left a lasting impression on all of us. It was a great pleasure to be served by Deborah during the two days we stayed at the hotel. Her exceptional service and genuine care made our mornings special and set a positive tone for the rest of the day. We can't thank her enough for her outstanding hospitality. Overall, our experience at Novotel Campo de las Naciones was fantastic, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

La habitación era muy bonita y acogedora. El colchón muy cómodo. Y el personal muy amable.

Pasamos solo una noche. El hotel es cómodo, limpio y muy cercano a IFEMA.
