Nice pool and easy parking

The night staff was very helpful and helped with our baggage and we enjoyed the breakfast it was excellent but day staff did not help with baggage

Hotel is located on the seafront and has beautiful views if you get a room at the front. Staff were friendly and check in was easy. Don’t forget to put your reg in at reception if staying there. Hotel has a bar, restaurant and leisure facility and close to restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious but are a bit outdated and need updating.

Friendly staff and nice pool

The Hotel has a great location on the seafront at Sunderland. The staff at the hotel are really helpful and the free onsite parking is excellent. The bar and lounge areas are well maintained and pleasant to use. A really enjoyable stay.

Poor customer service

Excellent large sized airy room.However the room was not serviced the whole of our 4 day stay. (hotel policy.) Whilst this added to our privacy, we had to ask for tea and coffee refills.and toilet paper etc.This should be the minimum daily service. Staff however were friendly and helpful.

Slightly dated but very clean. Ice machine in the corridor was really welcome. Food in the restaurant was great and reasonably priced. The gym was well stocked but would have like to access any hour as with going out for the day means it's shut when you get back

Excellent stay no complaints

Liked the fridge did not like that room wasn’t cleaned every day. I am on holiday so I need a clean room. There was sand on the floor as we had been to the beach! Ran out of loo roll during the night! Had to request bin be emptied! Had to request towels a lot . Swimming pool was nice. Room was boiling air flow was poor

Breakfast was good, i did not have a beach view which was disappointing and overlooked a car park which was not great. The room was clean

The hotel is very clean and well looked after the staff were very helpful and friendly and it is a beautiful view of the beach if you get a sea view room.
