It was a great stay. The city is very safe and beautiful. There are supermarkets and hamburger shops nearby. The rooms are clean and very spacious. All necessary amenities are available. I stayed for 4 nights and didn't need to make my bed. No unnecessary kindness will be given. Employees were very friendly. The water in the room was poor, but that seems to be a normal thing in America. It was a really great trip.

The bathtub drain was clogged. My wife and I, had to endure stepping in standing water for most of our shower for the one day we stayed.

Was good but they need to update the whole building but like I said is not to bad

The room was spacious and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable. There were 2 chairs so one person didn't have to sit on the bed. Was very pleased with the room.

It is in a very convenient location to many businesses, shopping like Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. It is an older hotel and needs updating i.e. toilets are low, can see wear and tear in rooms. But it's very clean and has all amenities you need in the room. Exercise room nice. Does not have continental breakfast. Woods Cafe next door.

The rooms were very clean. The hotel felt a bit dated, but was still very comfortable.

Great stay this time around. Was not impressed with the new temp control on the wall. Very minimal set back. This is a great hotel with and even greater restaurant!

The front desk staff said I could get a complimentary late check out until 3pm but they still charged my ccard $48 including room and occ taxes. This is unfair! When I called their hotel, the operator was rude and unwilling to help. She ended tbe call abruptly after telling me that their FOM is on lunch,

It was clean, quiet, and good service.
