Super nice ! They were able to change my accommodation from 1 king bed to 2 queen beds last minute. The staff was very friendly and I would stay here again next time I'm in Oshawa.

Close to highways, restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly and efficient. Satisfying breakfast. Lots of parking. It was helpful to be able to park in front of our room.

Lovely, clean hotel at a good price. Nice breakfast. The only thing I wish it had was a coffee maker in the room.

If you are a smoker, the ground floor rooms have patio doors. Our smoking friends made the most of it. The rooms are well appointed. The lobby and breakfast are very welcoming. Breakfast has a great selection and the coffee was not to bad. Will stay there again.

Nice hotel and ideal to catch the Go Train to head downtown Toronto, only 10 minute walk to the station. Would be nice to have the ability to charge my ev car.

Checked into our room and it had a deep odor, smelt like mildew. We went attended our event that night came back and the odor was extremely high, even worst. We went to front desk and they immediately got us another room, wheelchair access and that also had an issue. Soap was used. Now that made it even worse. It was very late night into morning, no where to go. We took clean sheets and removed old ones and spread new bedding so we can sleep. Next morning mgmt apologize for the inconvenience and offer us 50% off one night. This is not about money, but cleaning service need step up and report issues, make sure everything is on point when making a room available for new customers. Also, having a safe in the room would be helpful. We traveled from another country and had to fetch around our passports all throughout the trip.

Please be more efficient at the reception when there are people waiting to check in late in the evening. It is difficult to wait for almost 30 minutes when it is late in the evening (as people tend to be too tired then) just for one customer (who may be asking too many questions). Please politely request the customer to come back with the questions when the queue is no longer there.

The room is very clean. However, the breakfast is a bit too simple. I expect I can eat some ham, becon and sausage. Overall l, the trip was great. Thank you.

Great stay

-room was very clean -only shampoo and conditioner in shower no other amenities -breakfast was very limited however some good choices they provided hard boiled eggs and yogurt along with fruit for those with sensitivities. There was also oat milk. -You need to mention to front desk that you will require housekeeping -there are 2 floors no elevator. -front lobby is quite nice and inviting -beds were so comfy -tv channels nice line up to watch -no ice buckets in room, there is a microwave -ample parking -staff were very friendly and nice to speak with -would stay again if in the area

Déjeuner inclus, mais peu de choix. Pas d'ascenseur, pas de piscine, pas de produits comme de la lotion à main. Pas de congélateur dans le frigo. Prix trop élevé pour l'équipement.

It’s no frills modern hotel that provides just enough comfort and amenities that one needs. Very clean, modern. Super-helpful staff too.
