泊まり客のトラックのエンジン音がうるさかった。

トイレが壊れていて水漏れしていた。 中の水を止める蓋がうまく閉まらず、いつまでも水が流れていた。 掃除の後もそのままなのでまいかいとめていた。

Limited selection for breakfast, eggs looked like they had been cooked hours before. Very cramped space when hotel is full. Plenty pf parking available.

Location was convenient for our needs. I didn't like the fact that there was an SUV parked by the entrance that was full of belongings and had 4 flat tires, almost like a vagrant was living in it. Very strange. As well, the sliding patio door was very troublesome to open. It did not slide easily. Other than that, it served our purpose.

Super helpful front desk — we had a late night check in and all flowed smoothly! The room and breakfast was fantastic! The only downside was the shower— there wasn’t very good water pressure unfortunately, but overall an excellent experience and I’d recommend this hotel to others!

Breakfast was nice, bed was comfortable only complaint was some black spots on the carpet in our room, other than that a nice experience

Not worth the money charged. Could have stayed somewhere for $100.00 more in total. Asks for a damage deposit which was the first bad sign of the type of accommodations.

Clean room and great staff not far from downtown Ottawa plus free parking and also has 4 electric car chargers!

Staff were very friendly room and lobby very clean. Pet friendly and grounds clean and quiet location but still close to all emmities and relaxing stay.

Not super clean , bed not confortable,squeeking and head of the bed lower than the foot …a car loaded from front windsheild staight to the back ,park crooked at the front door, seems that’s a facilety for people without home … reslly skatchy

Hotel stay went well . property need to maintained .. no elevator for people who have accessibility issues . More cleaning needed for rooms and hall ways area

Unfortunately, my experience at this property was disappointing. During my 2-night stay, several amenities in the room were not functioning, including the TV, fridge, microwave, and reading/table lamp. I reported the issues on Sunday morning, but nothing was fixed by the time I returned later that day. I mentioned the issue again during checkout and was told I would receive some form of compensation, but since I had prepaid through Expedia, I was advised to follow up through the app instead. The location was convenient, but the lack of functioning amenities and failure to resolve the issue during my stay affected the overall experience.

Nice place to stay. Near the Transitway

This place is shady lots pros working this hotel, in that respect I would not recommend for family stays as you can hear lots of sexual activity and we heard a woman screaming for help the first night. Do not recommend
