Room was clean, quite adequate. Staff friendly. Breakfast was decent.

Nice rooms and friendly staff - if you want housekeeping, you have to request it.

Room was not cleaned properly which led me to leave a day earlier than expected. Found a dead bug stuck on my towel and a used tissue behind the toilet.

Breakfast menu was ok. Parking was ok. My partner and I have been frequent quests here at comfort inn east in sudbury. we have come almost 2 days at a time weekly. we got into an accidnet at their property due to a high snowbank. we have been coming into sudbury for medical treatment. we requested a ground floor. we have been getting ground floor as my partner sustained a fractured lumbar #1 on an accident in Feb 16, 2026.. He cannot do stairs. we were put on the second floor when we requested a main floor. Never again will I go with Expedia. Never, unless this is looked into and an apology or an nights stay is given. Never again, Expedia. Never!!!!!

Parking was a total mess. Poorly plowed parking lot and at 9:30pm I could not find parking. Hotel was ok but old and tired in some respects. Poor lighting , noisy heater unit , found dust bunnies and a sock under the bed . I expected more the nightly rate. Breakfast was interesting where there was no milk for cereal (was told by staff in a short and snappy response) “Ran out of Milk” This was at 8:20am I was ok. I will just have an orange juice and get on my way. it turns out the Orange Juice Despenser was out of OJ as well. Only apple juice .

Very clean renovated place, friendly staff! Was there just one night, headed to airport in the morning.. did the job! I would definitely return.

Easy check in, staff is always friendly. Room was decent for a motel. I can’t stand the tiny pillows, I’ll never get why they went for them. Fridge was barely cold. Front desk was awesome and switched my room, but that fridge was exactly the same. All in all it’s my favourite motel to stay at for a road trip.

The room was comfy, I question the cleanliness though when there was a food container lid and a receipt from over a month ago in the drawer. It was expensive for what it offers, no pool, small continental breakfast not well stocked.
