Nice staff

It met my needs for a stop over. Nothing over the top. Staff were friendly at check in. I would stay here again.

The room climate control system was not functioning properly. The floor we were on was very noisy due to children playing in the hallway. The building across my room was also generating allot of noise (commercial building). I stayed at this location many times before and will likely not return

I didn't like the attitude of the workers the daytime worker especially. Not friendly or welcoming.

We would definitely stay here again. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean and well maintained, and the breakfast is fantastic. The location is great too compared to the hotels near tent-city downtown. The desk agent even called us within half an hour after getting to our room to ask whether the room was satisfactory. Talk about service!

The cleaners need to be a bit more mindful and diligent in their duties. There was dirt on the bathroom floor and the cleaner left a used bar of soap in the bathroom. Front desk reception was extremely apologetic for the cleaners errors. Other than the minor issues the stay was good. Great location to shopping and dining.
