The staff had very good feeling. The room was clean. It was a still new looking. There are nice restaurants with river side. Everything so nice atmosphere!! It's also good 'pets friendly '

Homewood Suites hotels always give us a great satisfaction.

I loved the location, buffet and divided living room. I didn't know about $10 parking and the extra $45 fee for incidental that were going to be charged. They will reimburse. But not the parking. I hate surprises.

We chose this hotel because of the check in time and the updated look in the pictures. I went to check in at 3 and she said the maids were behind and it isn't ready yet and she didn't know when it would be. I gave my cell so she can call when it was ready since we had a dog, we didn't want to sit in the lobby. After an hour of waiting we went back to check in, the room was ready. It was supposed to have a balcony and they said there weren't any available, another reason I chose this hotel. I never got a phone call saying my room was ready. The room was spacious, but needed updating. The furniture was old and not that clean. Pretty dissapointed.

I can not remember the last time I stayed in a room that felt this dirty. I was afraid to even sit on the couch. Would never stay here again. The front desk service however was wonderful and very personable.

My stay was great EXCEPT that there were children staying in the suite above me who were running around and stomping on my ceiling for several hours in the evening

Very nice property close to the river . Where there is a long paved trail to walk . Vancouver is a pretty town with great restaurants. We drove to Hood River and listened to a great band at beautiful Hood Crest Winery . Tasting delicious wines was epic day !

The suite was large, spacious, and very clean. The beds were large and comfortable as well. Our children enjoyed the space, the basketball court, the complimentary breakfast, and the lobby's amenities. The only bummer for our family was that the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance and repair. Great location, walking distance to the corner coffee shop, restaurant, and waterfront. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Next trip out we will definitely be staying there again.

Breakfast and happy hour provisions were good. Delayed access to room at check-in was a minor problem and one the staff worked to remedy.

This place is excellent. Rm 323 in building 3 was fully renovated. Great breakfast to eat each morning with menu items changed out. Vegan and gluten free items available on request. Managers reception was totally awesome on Wednesday evenings. Location is exceptional with steps from the Columbia River and walking distance from Fort Vancouver!!!!

Clean place to stay. Great staff, the place has a beautiful view of the river front as well good places to eat.

The hotel was nice they only cleaned the room every 2 days

cleanliness was a big issue, stain on bedsheet, dog barking at for hours until calling the frondesk. the staffs were nice though

It was not worth the money. There was a blood or coffee stain on the bedspread that made me question the cleanliness. It could use a trashcan in the bathroom.

First time staying here and won’t be the last! From the time we checked in to when we checked out, our visit was awesome. Staff is great and very friendly. The breakfast had so many food options. Not your typical hotel Breakfast as all! Coffee, tea & cocoa in the lobby all the time was nice to have. Overall we couldn’t have asked for anything more
