Unfortunately, this was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had.
When I arrived to check in, the process took nearly 30 minutes. I had my booking number ready and repeatedly explained that the last name on the reservation was different from the last name on my ID. I mentioned this at least six times, but every time I tried to explain, the front desk agent cut me off and told me to wait.
