部屋は広く、清潔。歯ブラシは無かった。スタッフは親切、丁寧。朝食もこのクラスのホテルでは良い。朝食レストランのスタッフは最高でした。市電？の駅は近い。

Toilet leaked constantly. Had to run hot water for 10 minutes before it got hot, then during shower struggled with water alternating between hot and cold. Rooms need upgrading!

This place was full of homeless people in the lobby. It did not feel safe. The staff could not have cared less. The elevator was not working. There was no coffee available. You had to ask the front desk for a cup and the cream and sugar likely because all the vagrants are having out in there taking it. This was the first and last time staying there. We have stayed at the Best Western up the block several times with zero issues. This means they have figured out how to keep these people from hanging out in their building and parking lot. The staff at the front desk of the best western should be training your staff. They look depressed, are lazy and seem to only care to do the bare minimum and only speak when spoken to. What a waste of money. Would urge people to stay somewhere else.

Location is good, staff was friendly. Hotel was dated. Nothing really stood out. Parking isn’t great. It’s an ok hotel, not bad, not great but is ok.

Good breakfast, good parking, amenities could be nicer just by staying on top of the little things that make a big difference to guests. Tennis table paddles and ball was broken and couldnt be used and also thr chairs are missing cushions so you cant really sit on them.

Great price point for location proximity to Stampede grounds.

This was our second time staying here, and our first experience was way better. While the rooms are affordable and clean which is a perk, and the free parking is appreciated it's a nightmare to find parking. My biggest complaint this time was staff and continental breakfast. My family of 4 went downstairs at 9:30 am and every bin of food was empty. There was 4 visible staff members all of which were more interested in their conversations than restocking the food or clearing tables there were several people waiting. In addition there was extremely rude, belligerent guests at a table sweating, screaming obscenities and overall behaving inappropriately. When I left to go retrieve our things and check out the elevator was not properly functioning, and the desk assistant sent me up the stairs, when I started up to the first floor I was told the incorrect directions and ended up lost in a hallway. Just overall frustrating

Staff was friendly, but the hotel itself was disappointing...long wait for the elevator, the rooms have zero sound proofing, and last night was the worst....so many people being loud in the hallways late at night and early in the morning. Got almost no sleep. Breakfast was ok...not a big selection by any means. Very disappointed that the 3 nights I stayed there that the restaurant was closed. So during the snow storm, I couldn't eat since I wasn't leaving the hotel

Wasn’t much of a breakfast, very basic. But 7/10, would stay again the business king was big enough us. Very tight bathroom space as i am in a wheelchair.
