リラックスして過ごすことが出来ました

　１泊中、wifiが繋がらなかった。クレームを言うと、この地域のwifiが全部ダメで、私たちのせいではないとフロントスタッフ。どこか繋がるカフェかレストランを探せと言われ、結局、朝まで繋がらなかった。仕事がらみで来ていたので、本当に困った。近くのサンドイッチ店では、繋がったんですけど。２度目ですが、ちょっとびっくりでした。朝ごはんのビュッフェは良かったし、仕事のコピーは無料でしたが。

Convenient location and easy parking

Great location - waking distance to the old area. Staff very helpful and friendly. If you are only an English speaker, they will do their best to help you. Restaurant food was very tasty and overall good value. Breakfast was good with decent selections.

Perfecto hotel acogedor.

Nice hotel but with its ups and downs. Staff were super helpful and excellent spoke really good English polite and approachable even in the var area the young man working is fantastic. Regarding the rooms especially on the 4th floor need a bit of upgrade the air conditioning is old so makes a lot of noise and even putting it on the lowest setting makes a rattling noise and also the air conditioner is not enough to cool the place down. The pillows were super uncomfortable but that my be my own preferences and last the floor towel for the shower was already dirty when I arrived. An okay hotel but not to Great for a 4 star

Being a 4 star hotel, our room was never at a comfortable level. The air conditioner was not turned on prior to our arrival. Even two star hotels anticipate a guest arrival. We could not get the room cool during the night so we did cut our reservation short and left a day early. The lobby is lovely. The restaurant bar and breakfast excellent.

Seems like a business hotel but only paper cups in room, no corkscrew. Or ice bucket.

Frukost menyn är inte den bästa. Det stora problemet att oavsett vilken årstid man kommer så fungerar inte ventilationen. Vilket gör att det är mycket varmt i rummen. Detta måste åtgärdas.

Central location, walkable to casco viejo, comfortable rooms, free EV charger onsite so we can charge overnight.

Hotel lindíssimo, excelente localização, funcionários educados, bem preparados e gentis. Refeição do restaurante nota 10, atendimento excelente. Vitória Gaizte é incrível maravilhosa, fiquei apaixonada.

Clean room, friendly staff

Hotel muy céntrico, transporte público, farmacia, tiendas y bares cercanos. El desayuno muy bueno con bastante variedad y productos frescos
