The rooms were really bad. I’ve stayed at many Days Inns before, but this place was literally a dump.

I recently had a terrible experience with Expedia that I feel compelled to share. We booked a stay at Days Inn through their platform specifically because the listing said an in-room crib would be provided. Since we were traveling with a 1-year-old baby, this was critical for us. However, when we arrived, there was no crib, and the hotel staff informed us that they do not offer cribs at all. We were left with no safe place for our baby to sleep, which is not just inconvenient,it’s dangerous. We called Expedia immediately, expecting support. Instead, we experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I was transferred multiple times, placed on long holds, and spent over an hour on the phone with no resolution. Even worse, another family at the hotel faced the same issue, so this is clearly not an isolated case. After all that, Expedia had the audacity to offer a measly $30 refund. As if that somehow makes up for the safety risk, stress, and time wasted on their misinformation. The issue here isn’t just the listing it’s the lack of accountability and the poor handling of customer concerns. Expedia is the one advertising amenities that don’t exist, and when those promises aren’t met, they do nothing meaningful to make it right. Expedia needs to: • Take responsibility for incorrect listings, especially when they relate to child safety. • Train their customer service staff better to resolve serious concerns efficiently. • Offer appropriate compensation

Spent 2 nights to enjoy downtown and the location was perfect! The bed could have used another blanket between the sheet and the very thin topper.

The location is excellent. The cost is perfect if you’re economizing. Upon entry the room is clean and basic. There is a coffee maker, hair dryer, soaps, shampoos, mini fridge and a very good clear ice—ice maker on the premises. The air conditioner works amazingly in sweltering temps—very quick and icy cold when needed. The beds are firm, but the sheets had several blood stains on them on two separate beds. I requested new sheets and housekeeping gave brand new comforters with clean white sheets. Not knowing the reason for blood stains or blood on two separate beds is pretty gross, but they fixed it. If you stay here, check the sheets before you settle in. Parking is convenient and priced a little less than the average lot surrounding the area. There are two lots surrounding the hotel that are priced at $5 and $10 for 24 hours. Located on Bowie and Crockett—super close, not sure about safety, but it’s cheaper than the $17 a night at the Days Inn. In my opinion, guests should have parking included with their stay, not charged extra. Breakfast in the morning was good. It consisted of a Texas shaped waffle that you make yourself, yogurt, bagels, toast, coffee and some juice. Very carb heavy for all the walking you’re going to do around San Antonio… I like the location, the owners need to work on sanitary conditions of the beds, the breakfast is good and the price is right. It’s very quiet—slept pretty good without any loud noise outside. I’ll probably be back.

Rooms had a weird smell, mold on doors and floor. Didnt even have an iron. I took my own clorox wipes & Lysol. Wipes came out brown after wiping down counters, toilet etc.

The refrigerator made groaning noises all day. Very hard to sleep. Wanted to swim in pool but it was very dirty. Room was clean but too much cleanser was used, made my allergies flair. Parking fee was not mentioned on internet sight and seemed extreme.

Service was not good

Front office was very accommodating.

Excelente calidad precio, a pocas calles de El Alamo y River Walk, y restaurantes

Convenient location for tourist attractions, but had to cross the street to go to office for check in/out and breakfast. Mattress was hard and lumpy, like camping on the ground

El cuarto está muy limpio pero al entra olía muy feo y toda la estancia seguía oliendo muy mal

Excelente atención, los recepcionistas son muy amables, las habitaciones muy limpias, muy seguro, super céntrico puedes ir caminando a las atracciones turísticas populares, me encantó.

Deben mejorar las condiciones del lugar. Cumple la función de descansar. Excelente ubicación para River Walk
