部屋も広く清潔です

建物は古いですがフロント周りは改装されており綺麗です 部屋は壁が薄いので隣の声が丸聞こえです、ニューヨークまで１時間以内ですが 次は無いと思います

部屋も清潔で綺麗で快適です！ 無料の朝食もついて、値段も安く大満足でした！ フロントの方も感じがいいです。

Felt very unclean, there was 1 working elevator, which was questionable, there was no ac in the lobby and don't even ask about the continental breakfast. They ran out of hot food and had no fresh fruit. The yogurt was room twmp, inspite of getttubg from a fridge.

Was under renovation but elevator was scary, slow, and beat to hell. Room was impeccably clean though.

Good spacious and neat room

The bathtub had a dirty bottom, the chair in room was filthy, the toilet made a scree jong noise you could hear all the way down hall when flushed. Not full rolls o up when arrived, no A/C in lobby or where breakfast served. Hotel under construction did not know. Stickers all over woodwork on room. Loud party in adjacent room. It was terrible.

Very helpful and kind staff

Unfortunately, when we stayed there, they were in the process of renovating so a lotta things weren’t working and there were workmen in the halls during the day and some of their rooms have are old-fashioned wiring no outlets for today’s technology

Great service from staff.

The staff was great - friendly and helpful. However, the property is currently under renovation. They did have signs up saying please just contact the desk if your room is too noisy or you want to be moved. However, a dumpster and materials/trash were literally at the front door of the hotel and elevators and hallways full of little pieces of construction debris. The one working elevator was very slow. The room, however, was immaculate.

Horrible don’t stay at this hotel. Did not have a working toilet or sink. I was given the run around by staff. And the situation was not fixed. We checked out first thing in the morning!!! The staff not helpful at all!!!!!

The staff was courteous and caring. My son is disabled and had oral surgery the lady in the kitchen went above and beyond for him to ensure he had a comfortable and fulfilling breakfast

It was amazing. The tub as always have hair in it. Most of the hotels do. Probably because the rag or sponge dont always get everything up especially if its old or dirty. The food many people do not eat pork that sucks. I am a muslim they make enough money to get turkey or beef products

So this is the second time I’ve been here. I refused to come here after the last visit but I booked this hotel rather than the courtyard up the street that I like better. My last time here the elevators were out of whack. They finally fixed it I see. Check in was smooth this time. Our room was nice and spacious. AC was really good. Bathroom needed to be cleaned better. Found some hairs in the tub and toilet area. Our toilet was slowly leaking and leaving a puddle. Toilet takes some time to flush. It does look like they are renovating some areas of the hotel which is a plus and heading into the right direction compared to how it was my first visit. Also saw a little visitor on our floor.

When we tried to check in, the power had just come back on. They were not able to provide room keys, so one of us always had to stay in the room if we went anywhere. The rooms were older, and the bathroom door was warped, would not stay open, and would not close. The fourth floor was under construction, which started early in the morning and could be heard in the room. Breakfast was appalling... Would not recommend this hotel unless you have no other choice.
