部屋は素晴らしいし、全室、ocean viewで最高！レストランは美味しいし、ディナー時には毎日、テーマバッフェ（月曜はステーキ、火曜はシーフード、水曜はイタリアン、木曜はメキシカンといった感じ）があって、一人35ドルでかなりお得。プールも素晴らしく、ジム、サウナ、エステと超充実、従業員は洗練されていて、超親切。部屋には洗濯機、乾燥機まである、と、いいことずくめのようだが、このホテル、ビーチはあるものの、泳げない。海外のビーチに行くとビーチフラッグ（赤は遊泳禁止、黄色は要注意、青はOK）があるのを知ってる方も多いと思うが、何とここのビーチフラッグは黒（泳いだら死ぬ）！それぐらい荒い。チェックインした時にも、「ウチはビーチはあるが泳げない。海で泳ぎたければ、パブリックのビーチに行って欲しい」と言われた。グアムあたりならまだしも、ここまでやって来て、海で泳げないのはあまりにも痛い。とても素晴らしいホテルだが、二度と泊まることはないと思う。

お土産やさんが思ったよりも小さかったのが残念でした。 町まではタクシーででないといけないので、ホテルで食事をとるしかないので注意。 レンタカーの人は問題ないと思います。 オールインクルーシブプランがおすすめです。 ホテルのスタッフの方はみんな親切でした。 総合的にはすごいしやすいホテル。 プールサイドより、くじらがかなりの確率で見えます。（３月宿泊。３日間いて、３日間とも見れました。）

Restaurant are rip offs, staff are nice but some are condescending, good part of hotel is still under construction, just underwhelming overall, we will not revisit again and would not recommend this hotel to any others.

View unreal. They have many pools all overlooking ocean and a huge clean beach. Food at main restaurant was fantastic. Absolutely gorgeous

Restaurant on site was a great experience. Pool and breakfast buffet were highlights. Very pushy about selling timeshares. Left a bad taste in our mouths.

Excellent room with fantastic ocean view. Ongoing construction of the main garden and new restaurant is extremely noisy. Wish we knew this before booking. Also, main entrance to the complex from the highway lacks lighting and it is on a dangerous bend.

The pools were great and clean. The property is difficult to maneuver as there are multiple levels and the pools are on the very bottom or top. Food choices are limited as there are three restaurants at the property and you cannot walk to anything else Ubers and taxis work fine. There is NO beach access to water. You can sit on the beach but the water is off limits and very dangerous. The property is beautiful, but I wanted a beach property and this isn’t it.

The biggest lie of this hotel is that it is along a beach but you are not allowed or able to swim. Most of the pools in the hotel are for specific guests that normal guest do not have access to. Very limited pool options. The hotel was in renovation in several locations and very very noisy.

Una pena que al turismo nacional, no le dan el mismos trato que al turismo internacional. Desde el front desk, hasta los meseros, son indiferentes. Por otro lado la propiedad, habitaciones son increíbles.

This is an amazing property. Love the architecture and overall property design. Kudos for making everything handicap accessible. My villa was fantastic. The ocean views are amazing (saw whales a number of times. Pools are spacious and great. Contina restaurant has great food. Was a little noisy due to construction (be aware but it didn't change my rating). Beach is great although water is only swimmable by strong, experienced swimmers. Overall, definitely a 6 star experience.
