コンシュルジュのサービスが至れり尽くせりでした。 フロントは日乙用以上のことはしない。ミニバーのチェックが使っていないものを請求し使っていないという誓約書にさえられた。非常に不快。

一つ一つ事例を挙げればきりがないのですが、ホテルランクとはかけ離れたサービス、部屋の作り、体験をしました。いわれのない料金請求、安全を優先してホテルに手配してもらったタクシー（町を流しているタクシーではなくちゃんとした黒塗りの車）の運転手の自己都合的・侮辱的な振る舞い＆目的地である空港の車寄せでの怒鳴り合い。 立地がいい事だけがメリットのように思います。

従業員のサービスや応対はよかった。特に不満はない。日本人特有の乾燥だが、トイレにはウォシュレットがほしい。

他の評価ほどのホスピタリティは感じなかったけど寝心地はよかった。

すべての従業員の応対が非常に良いことに驚きました。居心地の良さで申し分なし。　立地もよい。

Excelente hotel y servicio. Las habitaciones muy limpias y agradables. Al principio estuvimos un pequeño inconveniente pero inmediatamente lo solucionaron y nos brindaron un servicio de primera. Definitivamente los recomiendo 100%

We liked everything about the hotel. It is located in the Mira Flores district and very walkable to cafes, restaurants, Larco Mar beach area, Kennedy Park, and shopping areas. All staff members were friendly, pleasant, and helpful in every way possible. The night of the Super Bowl, they kindly turned on the game for us (a tour group of 40 people) in their Murano Restaurant and Lounge Bar and extended their hours there by one extra hour so we could all watch the game. An area of much needed improvement: their breakfast buffet was not good. The food and coffee were consistently cold every morning we ate there.
