エレベーターを早くなおしてほしかったです。 階段で3階は荷物が多量だと大変です。

トレヴィの泉のすぐそばで観光に便利な場所にあります。タクシーも拾いやすい。部屋は狭いけど清潔感あり。スタッフも感じよかった。朝ごはんは種類も豊富。ワッフルを自分で焼けたり、オレンジを絞ってジュースを作れたりします。一階のバーコーナーには懐かしいゲームがあって無料で遊べます。レンタサイクルもやっているようでした。

スタッフの対応は良かった。 壁が薄く音がうるさかった、空調の調節が部屋ごとにできなかった点が残念だった。

ホテルが手配したバレーパーキングを利用したところ、戻ってきたレンタカーに傷。バレーパーキング業者は最初知らぬ存ぜぬ。次に大した傷じゃないと言い張る始末。問題はホテルスタッフ。ホテル仲介のバレーパーキング業者であるにも関わらず、「こうした議論に巻き込むな、ホテルは関係ない。」と良い、問い詰めると、「昨日のスタッフが手配したのであって、僕が手配した業者ではない。」と言う始末。 イタリアという土地柄レンタカーについては、こうした傷もカバーできるパッケージでレンタルしたいたものの、責任の所在は結局不明確なままに。 最低なホテルスタッフ

Loved this property! It was a short walk to the Trevi fountain, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel White! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just steps away from the Trevi Fountain and surrounded by charming cafes and restaurants that were absolutely delicious. It made exploring Rome so easy and enjoyable. The staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent. Highly recommend Hotel White for anyone looking for a centrally located, welcoming place to stay in Rome!

Very warm welcome at this hotel with complimentary arrival drinks and snacks which is a lovely reception after travelling. Decent hotel, would stay there again. Breakfast was fantastic!

Es ist mitten im Touristenviertel, es wälzen sich zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit Menschenmassen durch die Straßen - dafür sind die Zimmer jedoch erstaunlich ruhig - nachts bekommt man nichts von dem Trubel mit.

My family and I enjoyed the location of the property. It was only a 5 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. There were so many restaurants and souvenir shops just outside the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly! We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Rome!

Very nice Hotel, location is great, we walked from the hotel to almost every site we wanted to visit. I would stay there again.

Booked through Expedia. Warm welcome - staff friendly and helpful. Yes, double room was on the small side but it was ideal for us (I’m 6ft 2in). Our friends were upgraded and had a lovely, spacious triple room. Location superb - a 2 minute walk to the Trevi fountain. Many restaurants nearby - would thoroughly recommend the one next door we used 3 times. Food excellent.

Perfect location for exploring Rome's famous landmarks. Rooms are small but clean and the staff is very helpful.
