Staff is always very very friendly!!! Breakfast is great!!!! Rooms are recently remodeled!!!! We love staying here!!!! Close to the interstate and dining options!!!! Great value as well!!!

Dont know about activities, but parking was safe and easy.

The room was small and had a strong, unpleasant odor. The staff were rude. The housekeeping is rude and they are peeping in the peephole hole knocking on the door, and keep asking if you are checking out the bathroom had mold on the ceiling the towels were nasty still had hair from someone else on them my daughter got bitten by a bug never book here again they overcharge for an accidental fee and overcharge for a pet fee didn't want to give me back my accidental dee

Sweet buddy Chr*st should have been a statue to greet us because the lobby got us higher than Jay and Silent Bob with a contact high. As I walked down the hallway to our room I wondered why I trusted my sister’s husband’s suggestion, by the time I got into our room and used the bathroom, I was cringing as if I was in a seedy gas station bathroom. By the time I was checking the bedding for bedbugs, my sister was knocking on the door to confide she was also questioning her husband’s standards in hotels. Apparently he had stayed there before and it has severely gone downhill since then. We left for dinner with dry mouth and the munchies, thankful the linens were at least clean. We took the exit at the far right of the building, hoping to avoid the purple haze of the lobby, but no luck in avoiding it there either. We meet in Birmingham as often as we can and I can say without a doubt that we won’t stay at this establishment again.

Smelled terrible. The entire lobby and multiple floors reeked of weed. Thank goodness I did not travel with my entire family on this trip. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the building smelled terrible.

New beds. There was mold on the caulking in the tub area and the floor felt sticky. Also, all pillows were firm.

Close to shopping, dining and Grandview Hospital. Very reasonable.

The room was clean and no bad odor.The tub was dirty, we had Bugs(roaches )in the room and it was also one in the toilet we noticed after we checked in

This hotel was awful. The bed was very uncomfortable and had high pitched very very loud squeaking every time you moved slightly. There was hair in the bathroom. The water in the shower came out in a trickle. There was no conditioner in the shower the bottle was empty. The room had half repairs done everywhere, where they painted and repainted water damaged areas and where molding had been removed but not replaced. The next morning there was a couple next door screaming at each other very loudly.

This property is only a few minutes from Grandview Hospital. Lots of Dining options and close to highway but far enough back that you don't hear the traffic.

This place was disgusting. The pictures are highly edited and do not show the level of filth that they have. So many broken things. Broken glass picture, broken light switches. Terrible paint job. Roach poop on the ceiling. The caulking looks like it was done by a 5 year old and then never cleaned since then. Walking on the floor in the room turns your feet back. The smell was very strong of incense. I have never stayed at such a bad La Quinta.

Great customer service

A spider the size of a golf ball was on my arm and nearly made me break my neck and there was also mold coming out of the light switch in the bathroom. Never again.

The staff were very nice and helpful! Upon entrance it smelled sooo good inside. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
