I was able to reserve this and the property wasn’t available for occupancy

Ceiling by the window is cracked open. Pillows could be better

Room was very clean, floor was quiet. My TV in my room was not working. Only static, couldn’t get 1 channel.

Railings in hallway loose ice maker not working coffee machine in room not working chair in room broken drain in room not draining. Clerk at desk did nothing to help concerns,was not knowledgeable in what his job was.

If stuff was more helpful they will have more stars. they do not offer dry cleaning of suits and pressing

Stuff doesn’t offer actually any help, if you ask something they just answer to move you from they back

It was dirty, unkept, dirty towels

They should clean the frozen ice in the parking lot

Elevator was out of service. The ice machine was out of service. 2 of the 4 lamps in my room did not work.

Reserved 3 rooms for One night. One of the rooms had mold in the bathroom and the heater didn't work (in January). Got a new room, but the new room has mold as well. Everything else was perfectly fine. The other two rooms were fine. The staff moved us to a new room with no issues. Breakfast was good. But mold in 2 different rooms in unexcusable.

Reservé 3 habitaciones de las cuales 2 estaban sin limpiar ni ordenar. Abrí las habitaciones y estaban asquerosas y desordenadas. El ascensor estaba fuera de servicio. Veías por todos lados letreros que decían “Fuera de Servicio”. Habitaciones sin toallas grandes. Desayuno horrible. De verdad que este hotel es un desastre. La alfombra de las escaleras y pasillos del hotel lucían asquerosas y olían como a ORINE. Daba asco el hotel de verdad.
